Very good location and access to airport and other cities like Yokohama was very convenient. The room was clean and check in/out process was very smooth a staff were friendly and allowed us to store luggage after we checked out.

Great location, close to JR station, lots of shops and eateries around the area. Familymart next to the entrance of the hotel. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. Good value for money.

“My 1st choice will be Daiwa roynett from now on.”
Pros: Room: Great size with a window, very clean. Large bed for two and enough space for luggage. Amenities: Spacious bathroom with strong water pressure. Good hairdryer. Daily changes for towels and pajamas, plus 2 free bottles of water daily. Facilities: On-site washing machine and microwave. Location: Short walk from the station. Surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, and shopping malls. Value & Travel: Cheaper than staying in central Tokyo. Perfect base for traveling to Yokohama, Kamakura, and quick access to Tokyo. Note: Remember to switch the AC to 'cooling mode' during summer—it cools the room down perfectly.

Excellent location! There are a lot of place to eat. and Both JR and Keikyu lines are walking distance. Easy to access to Shinagawa when you takes JR line. Staff are very helpful too! Clean room and comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

“Good but work has to be done”
Good location, Bike rental is great. Didn't like the messy kitchen. Not like on the photos. Didn't wanna use it. Rooms are good but noisy through the night.

“Reasonable price with more space room. Near Haneda airport”
Hotel is near Kawasaki Station and can do shopping around Kawasaki area. Staffs are friendly. Rooms are bigger than other hotels that I have been. Water bottles are supplied daily. More washing machines are available to use.
