The price point is very good. I do think the room we stayed in had a charm of its own. It seemed a little old fashioned, but it was very clean. It felt like quite a normal apartment one would live in just outside of Tokyo and we enjoyed that aspect about it. It was certainly a Japanese style room. Whilst that can take a little to get used to, we adapted and became very fond of the room in the end. Still, an open mind is needed, we feel. If you manage expectations accordingly, you won’t have problem staying here. I did make a mistake with our dates, which was totally my own fault, but the owner, Seki-san proved to be understanding and courteous throughout. We settled for another night and j paid it personally to him. He didn’t make me feel terrible over my own mistake. I was relieved. He’s definitely quite the gentleman.

Rich facilities and an apartment all to ourselves. Microwave, induction hob, toaster-oven, fridge, kettle, washing machine, TV, Wifi. Elevator/Lift to floor. Although a bit north of main Tokyo, it is located within 5 mins walk of a JR East train station which gets you downtown in around 30 min for under $2. Large supermarket within 10 mins walk as well as many smaller stores and places to eat.

Safe neighborhood, the house was neat and cleand and very organize, Near the donki and surrounded by good restaurants and convenient and drugstore. VERY ACCESSIBLE place to stay since it is near the station

The house felt very inviting and warm. Everything worked perfectly and the staff were friendly

The facilities were good: iron and board, cooling fan, kitchenette, bath tub, washing machine, tea, writing paper, rotating seat chairs.

Spacious environment, had all utilities of a small apartment, shower, kitchen, cutlery, balcony, washing machine, host was very communicative on chat and helpful. Had pretty much everything we needed, and cheaper and better than more central Tokyo. We liked the many asian groceries with cheap fruit, much cheaper than tokyo supermarkets and better deals and prices. Also serving our favourite fruit durian which was good experience.

The apartment is very spacious and has all you might need for a long stay. The bed is comfortable. High tech Japanese toilet is super nice and having washing machine was very handy for us. Also the apartment is super close to station which is very convenient.

We often choose the apartment hotel because it gives more space for same money. This apartment was unusually well structured and well lokated - ex 5 minutes from direkt train station for shinkansen at Tokyo station. W

The location was good close to most amenities.

Well connected location, everything available around for the first 3 weeks of our move to Japan until we found a permanent place. Definitely a bonus that we could stay with our cats. And the sound isolation was rather good as we didn't really hear any neighbours

Micro apartment had everything and more to survive including working appliances, lots of lighting, air conditioner, table to eat, bath, shower head, washing machine and balcony. It was so quiet, the area is quite rowdy but easy to deal with and felt very safe in the building during the stay.

The apartment was 5 mins walk from station. We got the 2nd floor 202. Got lift, so no problem for our 2 big luggage. Amenities was complete. Seki was a friendly person.

“Great apartment for a couple for a long stay”

Great size for a couple, nicely arrange, have what you expect for a small apartment, the host was very nice, close to the train (like 3-4 min walk), and you can get to central tokyo in 20 minutes, super market and don quijote are available and near, some really nice place to eat around, and if you stay long enough there is also a gym 2 blocks from there. Overall, we would reserve another week if we could.

The apartment is definitely more spacious compared to hotel rooms. There is iron which is nice. We had a pleasant surprise on our last day when we found a bakery nearby (10 mins walking distance) which serves super good french toast and pastries!
