The Hotel is great! It's superb value for the price. The staff is amazingly friendly. The common area is really nice, to eat, read, relax or meet other people. The rooms have a decent size (unless you bring a ton of luggage). The location is great too, and you can easily and relatively quickly get to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ueno, Tokyo or Daiba. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear other guests in the hallway, but the hotel provides earplugs AND honestly guests should be respectful of each other. No complaints for the hotel here.

Great location, friendly staff

I couldn't sleep because of the noisy guy in the room next to mine, epic snoring all night...the tiny wall didn't help, and also the fact that the two rooms were symetrical, which is stupid, it was like: ->|<- while it should be <-|<-

The bathroom is closed between 10am and 5pm, but kind of understandable. The rooms are not very well isolated, but it's general in Japan.

Lowly helpful staff, very clean and tidy, nice little additions like earplugs in the rooms. The location is great too, 2 minutes walk the station to get into the city and all convenience stores and restaurants nearby

Conveniently situated a stones throw away from Nishikawaguchi station, this hotel punches above its weight in style, service and vibe. The ever friendly and kind staff make this hotel a “must stay”. There is always a friendly welcome when you return for some much warranted rest after a day exploring central Tokyo, which can be reached within 20-30 minutes easily from this location. The common space comes with massage chairs and the convenience of being just around the corner from a 711 means you’ll never run out of snacks or refreshments. We were lucky enough to get a room looking out onto a crossroads, but despite Nishikawaguchi being a bustling little town in its own wright we found the noise level was acceptable, and disturbance was minimal.

Pristinely clean. The twin bed room was spacious than other hotels. 3 lady toilets are always clean. I love the private shower room and public bath, all clean! The common room are comfy. We love the oven, for crispy croissants!! The common room feels like home. My mom loved it a lot. We still praised this hotel even after we got back. The last night we stay in the city center, the price was triple and the room was half size with no free drinking water provided. Here at Coco Stay, you can have unlimited hot& cold water. The staff are nice too.

coco stay staff was very pleasant , the lounge was very comfortable and you could take a read or do an automatic massage . The room cleaning was nice and the onsen inbuilt in the structure was very enjoyable!

First is the location- 2minutes from the station and takes you in 30min to the central part. Around the station you have all sort of shops for food / might be a bit more from the east side. Stuff are friendly - bit hard to communicate in English but that is for whole Tokyo
