Location was near places of interest and lots of food. Bus stop is just at the front of the Ryokan.

It was not fully booked so we could book the Onsen for private sessions. The location was great as right next to old town. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good.

“Traditional, private and well located.”

The room was traditional, the beds were confortable and we slept very well. We had a Lovely family onsen , that was reserved for us for one hour. It was cosy ,welcoming and private. Would recommend.

“Different Experience”

I must have overlooked this when booking, but this ryokan has no lift. Issue 1: we were traveling with my mom, who has knee pain, so it wasn’t suitable. But, the owner was very kind and helped us carry our luggages to the second floor. Issue 2: the second room for 2 persons had no private bathroom, so need to select the option carefully. It’s suitable for people without luggages. The breakfast was good.

“Loved the stay!”

I loved the smell of incense at the entrance hall and the smell of tatami's in the room! Air in the room was really good. Traditional futon was nice to sleep on. The room was simple and had that very nice retro feeling, also the long table front of the window was really convenient! Ryokan's location is super good! Convenience store was really near to find. The staff was really nice and understanding! Over all the customer service was very good! I took the morning breakfast and it was maybe the best one I have ever had! It looked really simple but the dishes were really delicious!
