“A very good hotel close to the Kawagoe station”
Hotel is very close to the train station, which is very convenient. Room is also very clean and nice to stay in. There are also a lot of food options around the hotel. Driving to the hotel is a breeze as traffic usually lets up closer to the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the JR station. The staff was friendly and check-in surprised us how technologically advanced it was. Right under the hotel there is 7-eleven. Breakfasts were delicious.

Hotel located very near to the train station. Good variety of shops and restaurants. Bus stops conveniently below train station. Overall, the location is great and very walkable.

Very close to the Kawagoe Station and there is a walkway to get to the hotel. Staff members are nice and helpful. Convenience store (7-Eleven) is also in the same building (the U_PLACE) as well as restaurants.

“Great value and new hotel”
Parking is connected to the small plaza right underneath the hotel, so parking is much more convenient than expected. Remember to let the staff know you’ve parked your car at U Place so that they can charge you a discounted overnight rate (2,000 yen per night).

Very accessible from the train station. Clean, comfortable and generally great view because of the high floor. Staff are really friendly and you can store your luggage with them too. Loved the shower pressure and availability of amenities.
