“A peaceful stay in a spacious apartment with a great sea view, but the facilities and surroundings need significant impr”
The property is very close to the beach and offers a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. Despite the surrounding area being quite neglected, the villa itself feels like an oasis. Our apartment was spacious, had a beautiful sea view from the windows, and the building is equipped with an elevator and good sound insulation. We also appreciated having a washing machine.

“Poor service from the front desk/reception, but a great location !”
Property location, A/C in both rooms, kitchen with pretty much everything basic that one needs. the housekeeping lady has better attitude and offers better service than the reception !!!

The room was very big and we had a beautiful view to the sea from our second balkany . Everything was just like in the pictures. Its just 2 minutes walk to the beach. This stay in Villa Allegra was just luxury.

Everything was excellent. The apartment is very big with 2 bathrooms, the kitchen is very well equipped and it is very close to mini markets, beach and restaurants. Really worth the price!

“Great apartment for a stay in Kavarna”
The location was brilliant for Kavarna, which really grew on us during our time. At first we found the area quite small but discovered there are a couple of really good restaurants there and a few others for other meals/drinks too. The local convenience stores stocked enough for breakfast, sandwiches, pasta, etc and the apartment kitchen had enough for preparing simple meals.

The location was not crowded, that’s what I liked the most. The place is with old furniture but in good condition. I didn’t liked that the place was not clean. 😕 the cleaning ladies don’t remove the dirt under furniture, I received the baby bed very dirty . It was a lot of hair on the floor and around the bed both human and animal hair( from a dog i think) however i read the reviews before, and i had my own cleaning products and towels .
