staff is very eager to help you, breakfast is huge and very tasty, room and hotel are just fine and even a little better if you match your expectations with the price. Room has a functional air conditioner. You have nearby food and drink stores, although the surrounding area is a liitle bit wild and peaceful, not a noisy holiday village,

Nice place, good people, good breakfast. The room was clean and big enough. The beach near Laguna restaurant is small, but we had great time at Heroes beach and Albena.

“Under expectations”
It is a normal hotel with nice staff. It is very basic but clean and confortable beds. The parking place was in front of my room and I saw my car...the room has net against moskitos.

The staff was very nice and willing to help. The location was quiet and close to one of the private beaches. When I have asked for extra food at breakfast it was provided. The breakfast even if it was basic it contained fresh local products like cheese, local vegetables, egg, pancakes, tea, butter, bread so acceptable if you stay just for a few days.

Peaceful place, large enough and clean room, large bathroom, well functioning air condition, the hotel is alright for the price, really. The owner was nice to us, too. Breakfast is somewhat monotonous, but for us it was tasty and more than enough. The nearest beach is not far, but not very close, either. But the closest beach is not the best one, so you'll end up driving anyway.

“Not recommended”
This is a maximum 2 stars hotel, not for longer stays for sure, for all the reasons stated by others here plus the poor breakfast and lousy furniture and the foul smells.
