“Good hotel, good service from the manager”
Good location, on the way from San Antonio to Houston, near shopping mall. Good regular hotel, not special but clean and quiet. Service was good. They didn't find my reservation through booking.com but gave me a room anyway at the same price. Afterwards however I got a cancellation message from booking.com claiming that I may have to pay cancellation fees. Fortunately the hotel manager managed to avoid that. Unpleasant but no harm done.

“Pleasant, good price and well placed”
The cleaners were very sweet generally. The young lad on Reception was helpful and chatty. The Room was spacious and liked the safe in there too. The Hotel was well placed for nearby shopping malls and Katy Mills Mall was a 5 Min walk from the hotel.

“Solid hotel to stay when traveling”

“Nice Place for an Enjoyable Stay”
I liked the location. it’s close to everything - shopping, restaurants, highway, etc. I also liked the breakfast, ambience, etc. some of the staff were really nice and helpful.

“Overall a good experience and ideal for a short stay.”
Location was easy to find and convenient for nearby restaurants and mall. The breakfast was good, however would have liked a little more choices in hot food. The lady looking after the breakfast was hard working and very nice - she made sure tables were cleaned and provided supplies of food in good time.

We were traveling so the location next to the freeway was perfect. Breakfast was good and we appreciated that there were eggs.

“Room was adequate, breakfast wasn’t warm enough. Felt reasonably safe.”
Location of coffee maker/Clothes hanging space too crowded, too low (clothes drag on floor). Food was luke-warm at breakfast. We opted to eat elsewhere on 2nd day.
