Located just off the shores of Lake Edward, Mweya Safari Lodge is situated in the Queen Elizabeth National Park. The property features a spa, fitness centre and outdoor pool. The location was incredible, we could see animals from our bedroom. One night we saw 2 hippos walking around the hotel, 5 Pumbas were sleeping close to our room and 2 buffalos were eating grass by the breakfast area . The food was good and the room very comfortable

“Magical place”
Beautiful view, amazing staff, very clean and tasty food. Good service and plenty of animals around especially at the boat cruise nearby and game drives We saw a lot of hippos, elephants, two leopards and two lions very close to us The hotel is run well by the management making the place magical

“Properly connected to the nature”
The location was splendidly beautiful the food was delicious, the staff was very courteous and helpful, and the evening traditional dances were heartfelt and connected us to the culture of Rubirizi District.
