Owners so nice and kind! Walking distance from the main road. Quiet area. Breakfast was just delicious and plentiful! We got heartful help at few things, and our laundry washed as well. Situated near the beach and we took walks along the road near the beach.

The location was quiet, which was what I wanted, and not far from the airport. However, I learnt that there are some interesting places to visit just a short tuk tuk trip away. Next time I visit I will explore more. The room is lovely, clean and comfortable and with a good view, a small balcony and the sound of the ocean nearby. The food is very good. I especially enjoyed meeting the delightful family, who are all welcoming, helpful and interesting people.

Lovely owner and decent place with sea view. Room itself is on the first floor with comfy bed and decent bathroom. Perfect for 1 night only 1 hour away from the airport but area is not that interesting.

Ayona Beach House was the perfect start to our journey. The owner, Dilan, is incredibly kind, attentive, and well-educated, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. His family was always ready to help, not only during our stay but also whenever we needed advice throughout the rest of our trip. The dinners here were simply the best we had during our entire time in Sri Lanka – truly unforgettable. We also enjoyed the opportunity to have a relaxing massage right at the accommodation. The location is ideal, just a few minutes’ walk to a simple, almost deserted beach where we could completely unwind.

Everything is spacious and clean. There are nice places to chill outside like the shared balcony and you can use the big garden. Dilan and his family try everything to make you feel at home from the beginning. He is always reachable and responsive. The food is so delicious and freshly cooked!

My 4 nights stay in this villa was absolutely amazing. The owner's family is very hospitable and welcoming. I really enjoyed close to the sea location and falling asleep with a waves sound. Local meals cooked by owners mom were so delicious and healthy. Room is very well maintained and with a great sunset view with palm trees. ATM Commercial bank is in a walking distance 10 min. Absolutely happy with place and hope to be back one day.

We did not order meals. street food is available along the beach road in the mornings. Vendors are happy to accept orders for food and free delivery. The property owner is ready to provide meals. The location is isolated as nearby business offering similar facilities appear to be closed.

Stayed there after our arrival. Short drive from the airport. Dilan and his wife went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable! The dinner was fantastic! Unfortunately I had an accident while swimming- special thanks for your help in that case Dilan!!

Very friendly owners who helped us with everything. Easy to reach with whatsapp, the wifi is good. Nice place to experience local life and beach (without any facilities, but trees for shadow), far enough from the busy mainroad. The main road with some shops, bank, restaurants is just 700m walking. Nice food served in front of the room for very reasonable price. Seaview from balcony. Hot shower It is a good place to recover from the jetlag!

The owner and his family are very friendly and supportive! I felt very good and I’m glad I chose to come here. The food was very good, the view from my room incredibly! I fall asleep and woke up every day hearing the music of the ocean!

The host was very nice and greeted us late in the evening, the room was quite clean but remember your mosquito spray ! There is a very nice spot on the ocean just 100 metres away, very recommended at sunset and sunrise: stunning views !!

The house is in a prime location, only a short walk to the beach with ocean views from the room! The surrounding area is quiet. A few good restaurants are only a short drive away. The host was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good.

We were really surprised by this hotel. The host was very kind and helpful and the location of the hotel was perfect for our stay (and right next to the beach). The room had a great size and was very clean. Furthermore, the room also had an AC, which saved us from the warm weather outside. Thank you a lot for such a comfortable stay!

The View from the balcony was amazing! We enjoyed one of the most beautiful sunsets ever on the beach that is only 300m away. This is the perfect place to stay when you just arrived at the Airport. The hosts were super nice and they prepared a delicious meal for us. The food was not spicy at all.

Dilans place was our first stop in Sri Lanka and it couldn't have been any better! We were picked up from the airport from him and his wife. His mother even prepared an amazing dinner for us. The room is clean and has an incredile ocean view. You can take a walk at the beach or get a professionel massage from one of Dilans friends. Definitely recommend :)
