“Comfortable stay”
I had a really pleasant stay at Silina Airport Residence Katunayake during my recent visit to Sri Lanka. It was my first night after a long flight and a mid night arrival. The location is very convenient, just a short distance from the airport, which made travel easy and stress-free. The property is well maintained and very clean. The room was spacious, with a comfortable king-sized bed and all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was clean with both hot and cold water available. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The authentic Sri Lankan breakfast was a highlight as well — fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. Overall, a great place to stay, especially if you’re looking for comfort and convenience near the airport.

Now hotel has improved on more facilities like TV in rooms with wide range of channels even some of the channels are not available in big STARS HOTELS.

“Convenient comfortable stay with lovely host”
We stayed here for one night due to the proximity to the airport, it was perfect, the property was clean and comfortable. The host was so nice and friendly, he made us a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast which was the highlight!

“Excellent stay, close to airport”
We had a great stay at Silina Airport Residence & Transit Hotel. The place is very new, clean, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly (which was much appreciated after travelling), and the bed was comfortable. It’s also extremely close to the airport, making it an ideal choice for late arrivals or an early morning flight. Overall, a really convenient and comfortable stay. We’d happily stay here again!

“Best of katunayaka transit hotel”
It's located in very quiet nebhiour hod area away from all noise from traffic. It may take 15 munite to walk to main road. All rooms are spotless clean bed was very comfy toilet are very clean water pressure and room Aircon fantastic.. Two staff working on day night shift are very welcoming all gust with true Sri Lankan smile and always willing to help any time. This could be mine 5 visit I feel home away from home. Owner of the hotel design it such a great rooms are very big absolutely good for people who are transit can have good rest.
