Very clean and comfortable room. Big bed and good AC. Breakfast can be eaten at the property or on the beach at their cafe. Good amount of breakfast and value for money. About 10 min walk to the beach

“Perfect stay in Negombo”
Lovely, comfortable stay with a very welcoming host. The room was really big and air con worked great! There was also a table area upstairs with fans which was great for doing a few hours work! Perfectly located near the airport so perfect after flying in or before flying out.

“Brilliant! A hidden gem in Negombo!”
Great experience! We booked 3 separate rooms but for some unavoidable reasons, they couldn’t provide us with that. So, they were kind enough to give us a discount (and an adjoining family room which worked for us). Apart from that everything was as pictured on booking.com. The whole place was really clean and well managed. The rooms and bathrooms were squeaky clean and came with basic amenities. The location is also convenient as there are restaurants within walking distance. The staff were also great and really helpful. Overall, really enjoyed our stay at Howick residence.
