“Worth the money”
Very convenient location. There's a little shop that sells food and a pharmacy nearby where you can buy bottled water. We had requested an iron, and the gentleman there was very friendly and helpful. We stayed here so that it would be easier to catch our flight. It's only about 15/20 minutes in the car to the airport.

Close to the airport and costed 7USD for mid-night pick-up service. We enjoyed local breakfast incl. string hopper at a local restaurant in front of this homestay.

The owner of Bethany Homestay is a really nice and helpful person. He helped us check in early and organized us a tuktuk for the train station next day. The room was also really good.

“Lovely stay with the kindest hosts and delicious food”
We had the best stay after arriving late from the airport. Jaya was so welcoming and kindly arranged dinner for us that night on short notice, as well as the most delicious breakfast the next morning. We just had a brief stay in between transit but could absolutely have stayed longer! The beautiful and lush garden was also so lovely. Many thanks to Jaya for having us and for being so accommodating!! Was lovely to meet you.

Hosts are very friendly. Location is good, nearby airport. Breakfast was good. Rooms are basic, but good. Nice green garden; good view and calm atmoshpere. Two local shops opposite of the road (some groceries and basic food).

Our stay in Negombo was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The host was extremely helpful and kind from the very beginning. He contacted us in advance regarding our arrival and was even waiting for us late at night to make sure we could check in without any problems, which we really appreciated after a long journey. He also kindly offered to meet us at the airport and welcomed us with coffee upon arrival. A very special and heart-warming touch was that he prepared a Christmas tree for us, which made our stay during the holidays feel extra special and cozy. The location is excellent — just a few minutes by tuk-tuk from the airport, yet calm and comfortable for rest. Everything was clean, well prepared, and the atmosphere felt very welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience with a caring host who truly goes the extra mile for his guests. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.
