Overview
A 3-minute walk from JR Kii-temman Station, Pals Inn offers modern rooms with mountain or sea views, an en suite bathroom and an LCD TV. A simple complimentary buffet breakfast is served. The air-conditioned rooms at Pals Inn Katsuura have a wood desk and come with slippers, a Yukata robe, toothbrushes and other toiletries. An electric kettle is also provided. Kumano Nachi Taisha Shrine, Nachi Otaki Waterfall and Seiganto-ji Temple are all a 20-minute drive away. JR Kiikatsuura Train Station is a 5-minute drive away. Parking is free. The open-air hot-spring bath at sister hotel Katsuura Gyoen hotel can be used free of charge. Those with a laptop can use the free wired internet connection at the lobby. Breakfast is served at the dining area and consists of bread, boiled eggs, orange juice and coffee.

“Great location for a visit to Nachi Falls by bus and a great view at the end of the day”
Breakfast was amazing, beautifullly prepared and served. Traditional Japanese food prepared and presented by a lovely gentleman and his wife. The view from the dining room and our room was lovely across the road we could see the ocean and a well used community space.

Staff was amazing, truly made me feel welcomed and at home. The location was fab and waking up to sea views and the rising sun was epic! Room is spacious, great balcony and the breakfast was the best I had in all of Japan...

The rooms were spacious, with nice view of the sea. The hotel is old, but the staff are kind. There may be a gradual renovation program. This is the only hotel of its type in the town. The others are large and high priced and more suited to larger tour group travellers who don't have to arrange their own transfers.

“Stunning views & comfy beds at a good price”
Great views of the beach and surfers. 2 minutes from kii-temma station. The bedrooms are smallish, but have everything you need. And the beds are super comfy with very nice duvets & plump pillows. The bedroom window that is the width of the room and shows off the stretch of coast, is lovely……along with a tiny balcony. The breakfast is also great quality- tuna sashimi for breaky!!
