An exceptional stay. The smart home setup was a real highlight — voice control (Google) for almost everything, along with fully contactless features such as taps, bins, lighting, TV and a home cinema with comfortable reclining chairs, which truly felt like a private theatre experience. The shower and spa facilities are very modern, and the heating system kept the entire house perfectly warm and cosy — especially appreciated in Katoomba’s cooler weather. The property is extremely well-equipped — you can easily arrive with minimal luggage and still have everything you need. The garden is beautifully designed, creating a magical atmosphere, particularly in the evening. What really stood out was the owner’s artistic taste and attention to detail — every element of the interior feels thoughtfully curated and intentionally designed. Everything was spotless, and the location is very convenient. Lina and Stuart were excellent hosts — responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

The room is clean and the facilities are perfect. There is a rice cooker provided with rice, which is amazing for Chinese.

Absolutely fantastic location - quiet, except for beautiful birdsong – the cockatoos visited us every morning on the balcony. Very close to Katoomba, which is lovely, and to all the gorgeous waterfalls, pools and walking you could wish for.

location was good. even though we couldn't see the mountains, air was fresh and had a beautiful garden overall everything was so good but too modernised that some of my friends couldn't use the facility.

Love the location of the property. Very close to lookouts ect. The place was tidy and neat. Rooms were very comfy. The kids loved saying "hey google" to everything lol. Lovely hosts and great stay. The Tim Tam's were a nice touch.
