The Guest House was absolutely immaculate and everything we’d anticipated! Whilst heritage and olde worlde, there was nothing rundown or worn about the place. Brilliant and comfortable common/living spaces and a sumptuous and relaxing suite. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I had a wonderful stay at Kurrara Historic Guest House. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made my mum and I feel very welcome. The room was beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax. I would highly recommend this guest house and would gladly stay here again.

Daniel was friendly and always available. The rooms are super authentic and the whirlpool was working very well. The location is just perfect for discovering the blue mountains. Great historical rooms and house.

The guest house was lovely, we were given a rundown on the history of the house and the breakfast was excellent.

“Classic country style Mountain retreat”

Lovely country house with period features and nicely restored. Modern bathroom. Friendly helpful staff. The continental breakfast was terrific with plenty of choices inc croissants and boiled eggs, proper coffee and huge selection of teas!

Our room was lovely. It creaked a bit in the winter, windy weather. However it was clean and very comfortable. It was decorated very tastefully. Breakfast was good and the warm croissant was delicious. Having a self serve nightcap of complimentary port was also thoughtfully provided in the reading, games room.

Quite an intriguing property. It was definitely my style and I found myself day dreaming about living there. Well kept given the age of the property and it's history made it even more exciting. The breakfast was a lovely bonus. Staff were warm and welcoming. Even the cockatoo came to welcome me. Oh, and the location! Minutes away from the three sisters but the most beautiful thing for me was the fog... Oh, how hauntingly beautiful it wrapped around the property. I look forward to my return.

“Most romantic weekend”

This was our second visit in a few month. It’s honestly the best place to stay in the Blue Mountains. The rooms are so warm and cosy, yet incredibly clean at the same time. The staff are wonderful and breakfast was a pleasure each day. My wife was extra excited that there were electric blankets on the beds. Thank you for another great weekend.
