Katoomba Mountain Lodge is situated in the heart of the Blue Mountains National Park. The heritage lodge is just 3 minutes’ walk from Katoomba Train Station. Free WiFi and free parking are included. Waterfalls, walking trails and viewing points are within walking distance of Katoomba Lodge. The lodge is just 20 minutes' walk from the famous Three Sisters and Echo Point. Katoomba Street is less than 2 minutes' walk where guests will find a range of shops, cafes and supermarkets. Each room features a closet and heating. Linen and towels are provided. Facilities at the Lodge include 2 lounge rooms with a wide selection of DVDs, a reading room and a sunny terrace with two spacious outdoor decks. There is an outdoor barbecue, cookbooks, a fully-equipped kitchen and a herb garden for guests' use. Katoomba Mountain Lodge is a 50-minute drive from Sydney and less than 2 hours by train from Central Station.

“Best value for money”
I’ve paid 75$ for a single solo room, looks like an old nun room and I LOVED IT. The men at the reception is just the nicest, offering me the soup they made and show me with passion th view from the balcony before taking me to my room. So YES it’s rustic old and not perfectly clean but really good value for money and quick trip! Plus the toilet were very clean and that’s what matter the most to me.

“A very rustic hotel with lots of personality. We loved staying here.”
This is a cozy hotel in the middle of Katoomba. It has a kitchen where you can cook your own food. The place has a very rustic feel to it with the carpets and wooden floors. The building has its own personality. It was snowing outside, but our room was nice and warm.

“This was the crappiest room in which I have ever stayed in Australia.”
We were going to the Blue Mountains Ukulele Festival and in terms of location, the hotel was great. The staff were fine and the internal facilities were fine for cooking your own food. The TV in the lounge was not great.
