Very comfortable and cozy. Central heating worked straight away and so did the hot water in the lovely double shower. Good quality towels and linen and kitchen was very well equipped. Really enjoyed my stay.

The location was excellent. I was travelling with my elderly parents who are somewhat immobile. The house was comfortable and cosy and very well equipped. We could not get the WIFI to work but it was ok. A little frustrating, but it did not spoil our time there.

Jasmine Cottage is lovely and we had a wonderful stay there for a few nights. It is close to town, and also walking distance to most of the sights. The house is very comfortable and clean and well equipped with everything you need.

Excellent location and beautiful property. Felt like a home away from home. Was quick to warm up despite the cold weather this time of year and very handy for all the local amenities

Jasmine cottage was the cutest and cosiest place to stay. It had beautiful touches and everything you could need in the kitchen. It was a great location, only walking distance to hikes and shops. All the decor was so cute!

“Wonderful”

Loved the location, the beautiful decor, quality linen, ducted heating / under floor heating in the bathroom / electric blankets. Felt right at home in the kitchen. Enjoyed induction cooking - a new experience for me. I didn't realise Katoomba has bush walks so close to town. We walked from the cottage - also caught the bus and train. The mountain views are just amazing. Enjoyed wonderful sleep - dark, cool and so blissfully quiet.

What a great little house! Everything we needed and more! Neat and tidy with little extras everywhere. The kitchen island was made for me (super tall!), modern quality appliances, heated flooring and ducted air-conditioning. Close to town, bush walking and buses. Kids loved that there was Netflix. Small and cosy, perfect for our little family. A few issues with the "reserve now pay later" as this is not correct, a deposit must be paid straight up. Besides the legalities (rules and regulations etc) with the rental company (who were thankfully easy tò talk to) this place is definitely worth the stay!!

This is a hidden gem in Katoomba. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and hiking tracks. You are going to fing a home away from home that has everything you would need plus extra! Very comfortable.
