The apartment was the perfect size. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Furniture was very comfortable although the mattresses are quite soft (something to be aware of for anyone who has back issues and needs a firm mattress). Surprisingly quiet considering the location right across the road from the train station. I don't think I heard a single train the whole week I was there. Quiet, comfortable and perfectly sized.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming little apartment in Katoomba over the new year period and it truly exceeded our expectations. Nestled in a brilliant location, we found ourselves in the heart of Katoomba, conveniently close to shops, grocery stores, entertainment options, and public transport with both train and bus stops nearby. The apartment came fully equipped with everything we needed, which was fantastic since we spent most of our days exploring the beautiful surroundings rather than lounging indoors. The kitchen was a great feature, allowing us to whip up a meal whenever we wanted. We particularly appreciated the fridge with its cold water and ice machine. Laundry facilities were a huge plus, making our stay much more convenient. Additionally, having TVs in each room was a treat, perfect for unwinding with a bit of Netflix or Disney after a long day of exploring. The showers were another highlight, boasting excellent water pressure that made for a refreshing experience! Check-in was a breeze, thanks to the seamless online communication. While the property doesn’t have on-site staff or room service, I was able to get quick answers to my questions via chat, which I found very helpful.

“DO NOT STAY HERE UNSAFE”
I had a terrible experience at the accommodation I booked. When I asked for a 1-hour late check-out, they demanded extra money, which was disappointing. The dining table was broken, making it impossible to use. There was no hot water in the sink, and the switches were unsafe. The heating, towel rails, and showers were not working properly, and the rooms were freezing. It was a very unsafe and disappointing experience overall, and now they are refusing to refund my money. I strongly advise against staying there.

Loved the location. It was very central to shops and restaurants in Katoomba. Liked that we had 2 bathrooms. Kitchen good size. It was nice and quiet. The blackout curtains were appreciated and looked stylish.
