The property was clean and beautiful. It had everything we needed for cooking. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were spotless and perfectly white. Ting Ting and Pete were very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back when we visit Katoomba again.

Property was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with pantry staples. Quality crockery/cutlery/glasses. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Easy parking. Convenient location. Overall very happy with our stay.

“Beautiful house. Great Location”
Perfect location for a mountain escape. The house was very comfortable and provided ample space for our family of 9. Easy 5 min drive into Katoomba centre with everything you could need restaurants, cafes and shopping. So many activities close by and stunning views from the house itself. The hosts were easy to deal with and also quick to respond to any messages. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Cliff Haven

A fantastic stay. We all loved this place for its luxury and high end facilities. The area was serene and we were provided with a range of facilities to use. The house manual was a great idea as it came in handy alot.

Location is great! And the facilities provided are exceed our expection. All the electronic appliance are SMEG brand, we were also offered varity of teas and coffees (coffee beans and capsule).
