Very beautiful apartment with two separate bedrooms and two terraces. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, in a quiet and peaceful area, yet still well connected. Everything was perfect — I would rate it 10/10 and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable, perfectly located, in a gated community. 5 minutes walk to the beach, 15 minutes to the port. Perfectly equipped, there were even beach towels. We will definitely go back there

We had a wonderful vacation at the place. The house was very clean, equipped with everything we needed, and very comfortable for a vacation. Every room has air conditioning, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the living room and balconies provide additional space. Alex is a lovely host, she helped us with everything. The house is in a perfect location! Very quiet, and only a five-minute walk from the beach. We enjoyed it very much!

“Simply spectacular!”

This house is truly a marvel if you want a stay in Paphos that feels authentic and relaxed. Alexandra in her distinguished and tasteful style has carefully prepared the rooms with all the necessities, whether it’s her myriad of kitchen utensils and spices, or the well-stocked bathrooms, or the bedrooms equipped with extra pillows, blankets and towels. There were also beach trinkets that really came in handy, like chaise lounge covers , towels, and even some plastic sand toys for the kids. And the nearby beach is a wonder - being only a 5 minute walk away, it is clean, equipped with outdoor showers and a drinking water fountain. The house really feels bright and open, located in a quaint area where you won’t be disturbed by tourists or loud bar music. You can truly feel how well thought out this place is, as we never had to ponder how to do anything we required. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was truly a lifesaver in summer, as well as the fan on the ground floor. Overall, this house is the best if you’re looking for a place that is walking distance from the beach, all the best restaurants and seaside bars, but is still quiet enough to relax and unwind. And you can be assured that whatever assistance about your stay you might require, Alexandra will be there to help, competent and efficient.

“Conveniently located comfortable spacious house near beach”

Very well located property, 3 minute walk to the beach and 10-15 minutes walk to the harbour / main tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby but very quiet neighbourhood itself. House very spacious with large rooms and dining and living room, and back and front garden. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen with everything you may need. Air conditioning in the bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Very friendly host, easy to contact on WhatsApp in case of any problems - met us on arrival and also arranged taxi transfer to airport.

“Wonderful vacation in Kato Paphos”

Let me tell you about wonderful experience we had staying in this property. It is located some 500m from the city beaches within complex with much greenery and trees. Within complex we found several nice restaurants and one small but well equipped market. Harbor is some 10 mins walk. Alexandra is a wonderful host. She prepared small fruit basket and a bottle of wine for us. Maisonette has everything a family needs - enough kitchenware, cutlery, dishwasher and washing machine... It has smart TV with YouTube and Netflix. Best of all it has two terraces! We enjoyed eating outside because sometimes was too hot downstairs (AC only in the bedrooms). Overall it was a great experience and I recommend this place for a quiet family vacation.

“Secluded, quiet place in the center of Paphos”

This is not the first time we have stayed in these apartments. It's very cozy and comfortable here. The hostess is very hospitable, the sea is very close.

It's really beyond our expectations, really clean, pleasant, big house, very green view from each direction. A lot of accessories, feels like home. Big showers, 3 toilet rooms,

“I wish I could stay longer”

The house is perfect. It has a great style, cozy, perfectly maintained, clean and equipped with everything. The bathrooms seemed to be brand-new. Beach is in a 2 min walk, also restaurants. There are two terraces on the two sides of the house so we could follow the sun or hide from it - as needed, and we loved it. The "street" is a closed one, only residents can enter, so basically there is no traffic,

A cute and cozy house in a quiet area close to the center and seaside. The house is very well equipped which makes also a longer stay comfortable. The hostess is very caring and helpful.

Lovely family holiday home vibe. Easy to get to from the airport. The house has verything you might possibly need, is very clean, spacipus, and close to a nice beach. As a bonus friendly neighbours (both human and feline) and super helpful and responsive host.
