The only positive thing is its location, which is quite convenient. In addition, after I repeatedly reported the cleanliness issues, the host eventually came and replaced the bedding and blankets.

I had a wonderful stay at Dream Studio! The property was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, and everything was exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend Dream Studio to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable place to stay. I would happily come back again!

It was OK, fast WiFi, nice lady taking care of the apartment.

We came to the room late at night. The first thing we saw were 3 trash bags in the center of the room. The drains in the shower were full of hair. The bedsheets were clearly stained with sweat and also had hairs. Everything was filthy. We tried to contact the host, but there was never a reply, even by now. We had to look for a place to sleep at 2 am and booked it overpriced. The booking.com never helped us either during our stay although we reported it at once.

Excellent location, very close to a good beech, about 20min walk to a well-stocked Papantoniou supermarket, nice off-key restaurants just around the corner. Perfect base for a road bicycle holiday. Note: apartment is on the 1st floor, so need to carry heavy luggage one floor up. Apartment is a part of Paphos Gardens hotel set-up, so apparently one can use the hotel's swimming pool, but I never did myself. The hotel and apartments guests seem to be older people, so very quiet and peacuful at night

Location was top! 5 min to the beautiful SODAP beach, 5 min to the bus station (611,612,631 going to harbor, airport and most tourist attractions) and there are plenty of restaurants and kiosks around. Property is nice and clean, comes with a small kitchenette, washing machine, balcony, and AC - very well-equipped, also it is part of a resort so the bonus facilities like pool and restaurant are great. Overall it was a really nice stay :)

Good location, close to a sandy beach and around a 15 minute walk to the “main bit”. Nice and quiet, but a handful of bars / restaurants within 5 min walk. Access to the hotel pool and facilities was a bonus. Bed was comfy and overall the room was clean and tidy.

The area this property is situated in is perfect! This is a 20 min walk to any mainstream area including a great huge supermarket for anything you need! 5 mins from the beach and a fantastic walk for miles if you want it. I have stayed in this area now as a solo traveller 3 times and loved all trips.

“I really liked the place”

Dream Studio is an apartment in a block named Margarita, which is a part of Paphos Gardens Holiday Resort. The location of apartment is great, there is a real garden with different flower bushes and nice trees around. The Paphos Harbour is in ~15 min walk, SODAP beach is in ~5-7 minutes walk. Near the apartment are few small shops, few bars and taverns, as well as bus stops are not so far. Communication with host was good. The room was clean, good equiped, there is an air conditioner, washing machine, hair dryer, even some books and EU/UK adapters. The kitchen is also well equiped - electric stove, microwave, electric kettle, fridge, basic kitchen appliances (plates, spoons, forks, pan and etc). The balcony is on 'quite' side, what is also a plus. It has everything you would need for your 1-2 week stay. For some this apartment might seem to be a little bit old fashioned, but we were satisfied, we didn't expect luxury 5* apartment for that kind of price, and mostly used the apartment for sleeping and rest during the hot time of the day. It is good value for money. If I will come to Paphos again some day I would also consider this place to stay. P.S.: Photos were made on the last day of our stay.

The location is great. Only a 10/15 minute walk to Paphos harbour and 5 minutes to some lovely beaches. Lots of cats which as a feline enjoyer is always a bonus! The apartment itself is basic in what it offers but if you're staying for a week or less it has everything you would need. It's well priced but could do with some TLC shown to it in some areas. If you're looking for something luxurious, this isn't it, but if you're going for a short holiday and are mainly there for sight seeing/ exploring and only really use the apartment for sleeping and getting ready etc then it's ideal. The host was easy to contact during the stay. When we first arrived the air conditioning didn't work so we had no air con for the first two nights. Thankfully we stayed in late April so it wasn't overbearingly hot and we didn't spend much time in the apartment, if it was in the summer it would have been far far worse! However the host was prompt in getting a team out and new air con installed on our third day so for the remainder of the trip we had use of it, and gifted us two bottles of wine as a sorry for the inconvenience which was kind! The Paphos Garden hotel which is within the area the apartment is located was very accommodating and let us store our bags there and use their pool during the day as our flight back was late. Lastly, on the same street the Paphos Garden hotel is on, we discovered an amazing small business called the friendship bar. The owner was so lovely and it was very quiet due to hotel closures and all inclusives taking over in the area, so they were incredibly grateful for the business and just going in and talking with the owner, having some drinks and watching a few football matches was one of the holiday highlights!

I though DeamStudios was an apartment block but it was actually an apartment in a block named Margarita. I didn't realise that the block was part of Paphos Gardens Hotel & Resort. The info on Booking.com needs to be clearer. I had to phone the owner to get better instructions. She was helpful when I contacted her.
