On the beautiful pebble Chalikia beach with unblocked views of the Libyan sea, the property is on the edge of town, so very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are new, modern and clean with a kitchenette and washing line with pegs on the balcony. Dimitris lives on site and is always available for any questions one might have. I have stayed in Paleochora before and this is my favorite place. I will definitely come back.

Small room with a small kitchenette and a small bathroom, a balcony. The kitchen is only suitable for breakfast, not for preparing larger meals. Very clean, the rooms are cleaned daily. Good quiet position at the end of Paleochora ... but at the same time close to the center. There is a rocky beach right across the street ... not so beautiful but uncrowded, quiet and great for spending an hour or so on the beach. The larger apartment on the ground floor also has a coffee machine, a larger bathroom and a kitchen that allows you to prepare larger meals. The host is very friendly.

“Clean and quiet hotel, fabulous location, and great value for the price.”
The location is fabulous -- right across from the less crowded part of Chalikia Beach -- with a fabulous ocean view. It's also absolutely quiet.

“Best stay for comfort of room, proximity to town and value for money”
The room was within walking distance of the town yet felt like it was away. The beach was just outside the front door and as it was a cul de sac, it had hardly any traffic. The room itself had everything ones needs, it had a really comfortable bed, a good shower, a lovely balcony. It seemed like a traditional house yet also renovated to a good standard and was perfectly clean.

“Fantastic place”
Everything was perfect. The house was well-equipped it has everything that you need for a wonderful stay. It is just about 20 mt from a beautiful and quiet beach. The house was cleaned every day and for everything that it may needed the owner was available to help you. I can not say more than perfect.

“Perfect holiday”
The property is bang opposite our favourite beach in Paleochora. Staff were on hand if ever needed but gave us our space and were super laid back. Lovely friendly cleaner who came round everyday but always waited till we were on the beach or would ask permission if we were having a lazy day. Owners were great and made us feel welcome. Will definitely go back and recommend to others

The room is basic but well maintained with everything you need for basic cooking. Stone caste away distance to the amazing beach. Alexia was very helpful and nice. We had a great stay. Highly recommend it!!

“Very pleasant and I would definitely stay there again if returning to Palaiochora!”
The location was perfect for my tastes, directly on a stone beach and in a very quiet part of town. The room was kept very clean, sheets and towels changed every three days. The owners were very friendly and accommmodating.

“Brilliant location and apartment.”
We loved the apartment. It was clean, spacious and very cool. We seldom needed to use the aircon. There was plenty of cutlery and crockery. The outside veranda was shaded and very comfortable. We would be very happy to rent this apartment again and I would highly recommend it.
