“It felt like we stayed for 3 days in heaven :)”

The location was purely perfection. We had a chance to meet the owner and he was a really nice man and you could see he put a lot of passion in this house. Everything was amazing, the room, the furniture, every corner was calling you to spend some minutes there. It's 5-10 min walk to Pozar Baths and that was perfect since we just parked our car the entire time and never used it. The breakfast was super tasty and the stuff there is incredible polite. Totally recommend this place!

Exceptional location in the nature! The team here really went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. They were super accommodating with everything we needed. Even when we accidentally locked ourselves out late at night, the owner was right there to help us out. It's service like that which makes you want to return. We felt truly taken care of during our stay.

“Magical place”

What a magical place! The hotel is located in a green forest near a babbling river. Everything is like a beautifullegend, thought out to the smallest detail, and prepared with love to make guests feel comfortable. Everything sparkly clean and smells amazing. . The staff is so pleasant and special thanks to Kostas, the owner, who surrounded us with care and even packed for us some delicious treats for the road. We had a delicious breakfast on the terrace, with the sound of the babbling river. The Pozar thermal springs are a 5-minute walk away. There are many small restaurants nearby. We will definitely come back here again!🩷

Like at home. Literally. Very nice staff. Service at the highest level. Courteous to every wish. There is parking. It's a 5-7 minutes walk to the hot bath I really liked it.

Everything about Roes is impressive. The building is meticulously constructed and the rooms are beautifully furnished. The breakfast is generous and tasty, and there are cakes and hot drinks to be had later in the day. The sounds of birds and of the stream fed by melting snow were mersmersing and comforting. The staff were kind and solicitous. Vasiliki, Illona and Evi went beyond what they had to. And Kostas, the owner, was a welcoming and enthusiastic presence at the hotel. He picked us up from Aridaia and Illona took us to Orma for a fantastic dinner. Our rooms had a grand balcony where we could watch the changing vista and listen to the sounds of nature. Inside, we snuggled up or threw open the windows depending on the weather. This is a second visit that did not disappoint.

The location was exceptional, the property extra clean with staff going out of their way to make our stay memorable!

One of the best holidays we've ever had! Roes suites is a magical, serene place, surrounded by trees, disrupted only by the sounds of nature. Our suite was wonderfully decorated, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Vasiliki was an amazing host, always willing to help us and make our stay unforgettable. Can't recommend this place enough! We will definitely come back!

“An amazing boutique hotel feeling like home”

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in out life, and we have quite an experience. It actually feels much more like home rather than a hotel. Every single detail is to please the eye and body. You are welcomed as a dear friend with pies, cakes, tea and coffee several times a day, the design of the room is fatastic, the fireplace is a great addition. All the amazing staff members are here to please you. We will definitely come back!

Room space, breakfast, location, Room Decoration, facilities. Location is great, you can even walk to Pozar baths, and it's very close to two villages where all restaurants and cafes are located. In winter you can also have ski at Kaimaktsalan Resort. Edessa city is in near distance too, to visit the famous waterfalls.
