fabulous views, very spacious villa with lots of different areas in shade and sun .clean pool. very comfy king bed. handy to local beaches and 15 min drive into Chania . marina and kostas made us feel very welcome and very generous with welcome food . kostas great recommendations for things to do in the area.

“A magical vacation”

Time passes by and our vacation in Villa Gaia came to and end. Me and my friends often tend to look back at our stay at Villa Gaia, because it is such a special place. It is truly, a magical place. A beautiful town, amazing nature, wonderful sunsets and sunrises ánd beyond amazing service. We look back at our stay at Villa Gaia with the biggest smile. Me and my friend have been overwhelmed, during our whole vacation, by the kindness, involvement and love that we have gotten from (the host) Kostas and(!) his family. We have never met any hosts like them. They were truly a special family! Kostas helped us a lot with giving the right address for amazing food or giving the address for an amazing beach and so on… Also, Kostas had multiple trips, printed in a book, which helped us to see if there was anything we liked to do. For young travellers like us, this was truly a privilege. We thank Kostas and his family for the amazing time that we’ve had and we hope to see each other at some point in the future.

100% recommendation for the hospitality and kindness of the owner family. Villa Gaia is perfect located with a lot of top beaches nearby and a 10 minute drive to Chania. The Villa is in perfect condition and very, very clean. Nice sea view and a big pool. A car is absolutely necessary.

“Magic in Chania”

I had the most wonderful week with friends staying at the picturesque Villa Gaia. The hospitality of Kostas and Marina was unlike anything any of us have ever experienced and they made our stay truly something to remember. The Villa is stunning (pictures don't do it Justice) and is perfectly positioned for exploring the popular far away beaches using a rental car. It's still close enough to Chania that a €10-15 cab ride will get you into the old town for dinner and drinks. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
