“Great villa”

The whole villa was immaculate! Beds so comfortable. All amenities that you could need and the hosts could not do enough to keep us in comfort. So close to beach, good bars and restaurants and buses to Chania 5 mins walk. The area is so quiet and safe for young families. I can not praise this villa enough. Will be back!

Our stay in Crete was absolutely amazing. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for the whole family. It’s located very close to the beach, in a peaceful area but still within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool with stunning sea views was a highlight, and the large shaded terrace was a perfect spot to relax. The place had air conditioning in every room, which made the stay even more comfortable. On top of that, the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the ideal location for a relaxing family vacation.

“A relaxing and enjoyable stay!”

Excellent location by the beach, great villa - clean and spacious with good facilities. The hosts were lovely - friendly, helpful, welcoming and generous.

we stayed at nikos' accommodation with a large group of friends. we were 8 people in total and had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. the accommodation was incredibly beautiful! we felt right at home. nikos made us feel at home. the pool on the roof terrace was incredibly cool and you could really see the sunset. nikos was always ready and always helped us directly with our little problems. he even provided us with some groceries so that we had something to eat and drink for the first few days. his wife was also very charming. they even cooked us a typical greek dinner. the location was perfect, within walking distance of bus stops and within 1 min of the beach. we had space for two vehicles in the driveway and we were super happy with everything. thank you for the great stay! we can only recommend the accommodation. i wish you all the best and see you next time!

Lovely apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Nicely decorated, clean, light and airy. Lots of different places to sit. Lovely rooftop terrace to enjoy the sunset with a drink. Good for a group.

“Literally one of the best holiday experiences”

This absolutely fabulous Villa is situated close to Chania. It is about 50 meters from the beach, 5 minute drive from supermarkets and there are various really good restaurants in walking distance. The Villa is super clean, with washing maschine, dishwasher, pool, 2 terrasses and 4 very comfy bedrooms. We where 6 adults and one child and stayed for one week - the living area & kitchen was very spacious with diverse sitting areas. it was perfect for all the various needs of a big family gathering :) The hosts, Nikos and Dimitra have spoilt us with so much love - we came to celebrate my mothers 80th birthday and they really made our stay super special. They helped us with absolutely everything and even suprised us with a huge Birthday Cake! It was literally one of our best holiday-experiences and we can absolutely recommend staying here and hope to come back soon!

Villa AERAS was very well situated re. our needs: - easy to drive to interesting places we wanted to see: Theriso, monasteries e.g. Metamorphosis, Akrotiri peninsula with Gouvernemento, Katholiko ruins, Age Triada, Stavros etc., starting point of Samaria Gorge, Boat trip from Kissamos to Gramvousa and Balos lagoon... We enjoyed walking in the mountains when visiting these places, so beautiful views! - It was easy to drive from and to the airport avoiding traffic jams. - The area was peaceful, only minor noice from the main street on the weekend (did not disturb us). We felt safe all the time. - good beaches only a couple of minutes walk; important especially for the kids. - even though it was out of season, some nice restaurants open nearby - food shops close by - good facilities in the house: good quality bed linen, towels available after needs for both in-house use and for beach. Really well equipped kitchen. Good amount of wellcome delicases, this was a nice surprise. - The host Nikos was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. He gave us in person advice what to see and where to go, taken that we had two children with us. We had read a lot already beforehand but his advice helped us decide what to do in practice. He gave valuable advice on restaurants and even walked us to one on our arrival. Very nice person!

Very comfortable rooms and fabulous family spaces, indoors and outdoors. Very well-equipped kitchen. Everything was immaculately clean. It was a very short walk to the beach, as well as shops and excellent restaurants. The hosts were amazingly kind and helpful- the kitchen was very well stocked when we arrived and they popped in from time to time with treats for us. They were also very accommodating about checking in and out times.

Absolutely exceptional experience. The villa itself is huge, air conditioned, two terraces, beautiful pool with great view. Location also excellent - quiet area very close to the beach and also all the good restaurants. The host Nikos was very helpful. Whatever we needed to know or arrange for us, it was taken care of. “A great summer house”

A great summer house, for families that want big living room and bedrooms for every family member. We were family of 3.5 couples (and one baby) and it was perfect for us. The beach is 3 min. walking straight to sandy clean shore. Seat on the roof pool (small but nice) to see the sunset. Nikos and its wife are helpful and very nice hostess that really take care for your needs. The surrounding are many holidays apartments but not so bustling like some other areas. Few good restaurants in close walking distance. The house looks new and you will be grateful on the sound proof windows that will keep the cicadas daily noise (you will have it all over during July and August during daytime)
