I liked the location of this hotel because it is in a quieter area, but not far from the city of Chania. There was a park near the hotel where it was nice to walk or run. This area also has nice beaches, plenty of restaurants and cafes. The hotel was located on a quieter street. The interior was simple but comfortable, everything needed was there (in addition to a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel, there was also a kettle, stove and necessary dishes), the room was very clean and the service was very polite. Since I am particularly sensitive to noise, it is important for me that the hotel is quiet at night. This hotel was quiet at night and the air conditioner also worked quietly. Noise of vehicles could be heard from the street, into the room, but fortunately only a few vehicles pass by at night.

Location is good.

We stayed in Veronica Suit. It is very lovely and large. You can find everything you need in the house. The beds are comfortable. The villa is located just across the hotel, it has its own garden and entrance. Quiet and peaceful if you like this kind of holidays.

Giorgos and Lela, the bar staff were very friendly funny and helpful. Great internet connection. Good friends were staying. (The only reason that we didn't leave!) 12 mid day check out.

The location and happy hour

Location is perfect. Close to the beach, city center, and many shops and restaurants are nearby. Great valute for money. Swimming pool is very nice. Breakfast is good, everybody can find something for themself. Room is ok. Lady at the breakfast is really really Nice Also the cleaning ladies

“A great stay”

A lovely little hotel with a nice pool. We really appreciated that there were a lot of shelves and storage in the room. Good water pressure in the shower. The kitchenette had almost everything we needed. Quick and easy check-in and -out.

This was the best holiday in my life. The mountain view waking me up and the crickets putting me to sleep was like a dreamworld. Far from city noises it is most pleasent place, simply an oasis of serenity. People there are just lovely. Patient and in good spirit, helpful and charming. I fell in love with Greek culture.

LOCATION The location is fantastic. A short walk to Lidl, a bus stop, restaurants, shops and 3 different beaches. HOTEL and facilities Rooms are grand but very simple. They are cleaned every day. Our room was spotless every afternoon. Kudos to the cleaning ladies. Towels and linen are changed after 4-5 days so that is great too. There is a good size pool with a deep end (2.5m) Also, people go to Chania and to the beach so it is never packed. You can always find time to enjoy it. You can buy a beach towel in a local shop (10euro per towel) or you can rent it in the hotel if you have no space in the suitcase or you simply don't need one. There is a bar/ restaurant in the hotel where George (the owner) makes sure you are fed and your beer is always ice cold :-) The food is really nice. Happy hour from 4-6pm when beer and cocktails are half price. Breakfast is very simple but enough to keep you going until lunch time. There is a travel agent right next to the hotel. You can book excursions and rent a car there. STAFF People working in the Veronica Hotel are the reason why I am going to come back. Absolute gems. Maria and Andreas at reception always there to help. George at the bar, his wife who prepared the food and Reina that looked after the breakfast - amazing people.

From the moment I arrived until my departure, I was impressed by the service and warm hospitality provided by the staff of the hotel. Regarding the room, it was very clean. The hotel was conveniently situated near to sandy beaches with crystal-clear waters and breakfast at Veronica was decent as they provided a satisfactory range of options.

Everythink was clear and staff was nice! I would like to have toaster and microwave Owen.

Veronica hotel is very close to several nice sandy beaches that are fully equipped with everything you need. But the most shinning thing about this hotel is its personnel (specifically, welcoming and helpful receptionist 👍, very kind and diligent lady from the breakfast buffet and cleaning service lady that kept doing her work impeccably! Several thumbs up for all of them!)
