What a fantastic place to stay! The apartment was absolutely lovely (rustic charm just like in the photos, in the best way possible!) and was spotlessly clean. The air conditioning and WiFi worked super well. The whole complex is very nicely arranged, with a small central pool and cute little garden by the entrance; it all felt really welcoming. And I've never met nicer hosts anywhere - they promptly resolved a small issue with my shower even before I reported it, and were really helpful and appoachable in general. I can absolutely reccommend this place and would stay here again!

We had a very good time at Potoula Apartments! It‘s a family owned business and everyone is very, very kind. Though it‘s a small place and the other apartments are close, everyone has their privacy. The pool is great for cooling down quickly and the garden is dreamlike. It’s just a 1 minute walk to the beach and lots of taverns are right next to it. In our opinion it’s the most beautiful place in the area, especially compared to the bigger hotels, and you can book for a decent price. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful gardens and pool. Clean, comfortable and homely room. Very friendly staff. Minutes away from the beach. Easy to get into Chania.

“Most charming home near Chania”

Potoula Apts is a beautiful, authentic place that is ideally situated, only 15min by bus from Chania and 5min walk from the most beautiful beaches. Held by a little family business, the apartments are subtly decorated, the kitchen is very functional and all the balconies have a direct view on the pool, open at all times. The personnel were very sweet and kind, always ready to help whenever needed. We had the most relaxing and resting time and we would definitely love to come back!

We stayed 8 nights at Potoula Apartments and loved it! The evening quiet is legendary – even a small chat on the terrace with friends seemed to disturb the neighbors 🙂. The pool is clean, the beach very close, and the staff extremely friendly. Perfect spot for a relaxing, worry-free holiday!

“Hidden gem in Agii Apostoli!”

The location., the style and cleanliness! Potoula is a hidden gem in Agii Apostoli beach area. The structure is really nice with a garden and a pool. The rooms are comfortable and everything was clean. Staying as a couple we didn’t needed more space. The hosts are very nice and always ready to help.

Alex and his family were exceptional hosts. They are so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible. The apartment was perfect and excellent value for money. It was spotlessly clean with all amenities you need and a fantastic pool. Very relaxing atmosphere also. The location is great; with lots of lovely beaches, bars and restaurants in walking distance. We had a fantastic holiday and a massive part of that was this accommodation!

We had a great time at Potoula Apartments. We got a room with the view of the pool and it was great - especially the balcony. The location was perfect for reaching Chania by bus and exploring the beaches on the west side of the island by car. There's also a few restaurants, supermarkets and local beaches around. Alex was a great host, very helpful and nice, sorry we didn't manage to talk to you more!!

We loved everything, exceptionally clean, location was fantastic 1 minute to the beach, restaurants were easily within walking distance as we're supermarkets, most days you have the beautiful pool to yourselves, Alex's is an exceptional host was available daily to make sure everything was OK. 5 star apartments quite and very relaxing so much so we are returning next year 100% thank you so much for the BEST holiday I have ever had can't wait for 2026 x❤️x

“The perfect spot for the perfect holiday”

The location is just perfect, super close to the beach, the bus stop and multiple restaurants. The apartment was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The area is also quiet so it's perfect for a relaxing holiday.
