Overview
The quietly situated Mediterranea Apartments is surrounded by numerous flowers and diverse trees, only a 10-minute walk from 3 blue-flag beaches of Chania. It offers air-conditioned rooms with kitchenette facilities and free Wi-Fi access. The apartments and studios feature LED 22-inch TV, a 40-car private parking area and balcony or terrace with view to the garden or the pool. Towels are changed twice per week, and linen is changed once per week. Cleaning service is provided 6 days each week. Mediterranea Apartments also disposes a swimming pool with shower facilities, a separate pool for children and pool-bar. The hotel is only a 10-minute drive from Chania.In walking distance there are taverns with traditional food, a pharmacy and 2 supermarkets. The bus stop is also a short walk. Kato Daratso is 4 km west of Chania city and 15 km from the airport.

“Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended!”
We stayed at Mediterena Apartments for one week and were extremely happy with our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with very comfortable beds. The housekeeping was excellent, with cleaning provided six days a week, and everything was always kept spotless. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and a lovely place to relax. The location is great, with everything we needed nearby, and there is a wonderful restaurant directly across the street that we highly recommend. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any questions. We truly have nothing to complain about and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

“Super”
The hotel was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. There was always someone available to help, and all the staff were very polite and welcoming. One of the best things was that there were no “sunbed wars,” which made the atmosphere very relaxing and ideal for older couples. Many guests were repeat visitors, so everyone seemed familiar and friendly with each other, creating a lovely community feel. The cleaners did an excellent job every day, and the overall cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

“Clean, spacious and friendly place in good location”
Really clean with air-conditioning and facilities for cooking in. Two bathrooms really useful and nice modern TV that allowed streaming to keep the kids happy when not out and about.

“Very good accomodation”
Its the best affordable accomodation we have lived in, in Crete. One of the best restaurants in Kato Doratsos was over the road. Supermarkets and a Chemist were a short walk away, also Chania was 3kms from KD. A bus stop was 5 mlnutes walk away and took tourists to many parts of eastern crete. We ate in many good restaurants and the best for us was Orexi and Dimitri and Sakis. We stayed in 2 different flats at Mediterranea and their beds were very comfortable, especially because i have Scoliosis in my spine.

“Relaxing and convenient.”
Fairly close to the beach, enough restaurants nearby, car rental companies and supermarkets. We were upgraded to an apartment, so we had one extra room to put our stuff. We had a balcony with a garden view, very nice and quiet. Very good communication with the reception, they helped us rent a car at a good price.

“Exceptional accommodation”

“What a gem!”
The place is amazingly beautiful! The apartments are comfortable with kitchen facilities. We loved the table outside. Beds extremely comfortable and Ac very good. The landscaping is well kept with plenty of flowers and trees. The pool is a very good size with a ladder and also steps, which we really loved. The apartments are close to good restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, bus stop and beaches. Fanis was very kind to let us check in early. Will surely return next year!
