“Good location for the beach, restaurants, and Chania itself, with very friendly staff & a nice pool”
I thought that the location was very good for the beaches and for access into Chania. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were a decent size. The pool was never overcrowded and it was a pleasant way to chill out.

“Family Holiday to Chania”
Staff friendly, apartments clean and spacious, pool good size. Choice of many restaurants nearby and 20 mi ute bus ride into Chania old town which is worth a visit.

“Lovely hotel apartments with great pool - perfect base for a week exploring North West Crete.”
Breakfast was well stocked with a lot of choice. I brought my own oat milk as a vegan and still plenty of fruit, cereal and bread for me to choose from. Location great for bus into Chania with plenty of restaurants within a short walk and a 10 minute stroll to several beaches. Grounds and gardens well tended, beautiful trees and flowers. Apartment had a great shower, good air con, comfortable beds, plenty of storage and everything you need. Pools lovely and clean. Reception staff helpful and friendly

“Great stay, clean rooms and amazing staff!”
The staff was amazing, they did everything to make our stay as good as possible! The hotel is next to a bus station where you can go downtown Chania in 15 minutes, but it only takes 5-7 minutes in a taxi. The hotel is next to a supermarket and the restaurants that are close are good. There are 3 swimming pools and the swimming pool area is really nice. Everything is really clean :)

“Very confortable”
It's a very good place to stay, very comfortable. The bedroom is very spacious, as in the picture, comfortable beds, and a small kitchen to prepare breakfast. In the balcony there is a place to dry the clothes. A big swimming pool. Very close to a big supermarket. Only 12 minutes by car from the old port. There is a place where you can park the car. The only attention is for the mosquitoes, we left the windows opened suddenly there were a lot of them biting us.

Very clean and well furnished. Close enough to the beach to walk but also well located for sightseeing to other points of interest. It was nice to have small kitchenette facilities in the room as well.

The facilities were truly beautiful, fresh, well kept, quiet and spotlessly clean, but still felt warm and welcoming when travelling with two young kids and one older. The surroundings are green and lush. Three delicate pools gave plenty of space for guests wanting a dip. In the main yard one of them was a small, shallow childrens pool, and a bigger one gradually getting deeper, thus also suitable for children. Even on hot days there was a nice breeze through the area(and superefficient aircon in the room). Delicious breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. A ten minutes walk towards the coast were three beautiful beaches. Several restaurants and shops in the area plus bigger supermarked. Bus to Chania/Agia Marina stops just a few metres from the hotel. Lotus is a true gem. The pictures online are not accurate- the place is even better! Just go there!🌺😊
