“We had an amazing time!”
It was the perfect stay for me and my friends. We had everything we needed, from cooking utensils, air conditioning, to a great pool on the camping site. There were very good restaurants in the area and the city center is easily accessible with a bus (25 minutes). The staff was always helpful and very friendly and the coffee at the pool bar is also delicious :)

“I had a wonderful time!”
The staff was super helpful and friendly. The area of the camping site was perfect for me, camping in the midst of olive trees creates a relaxing atmosphere and the beach was only a 5-minute-walk away. There is a kitchen available with simple gas cookers, but there are also many very good restaurants in the area.

“Peaceful and picturesque”
Excellent location, lovely and quiet environment. Tents had pillows and you could request sheets for a small extra charge. Would recommend packing a sleeping bag for cooler nights

“Cheap and cheerful stay!”
A really lovely low key, basic campsite. It does what it says on the tin! The tent was spacious, with a little fridge which was handy. Decent facilities that were clean the majority of the time! Lovely friendly staff who supported with extra blankets! I cannot comment on the pool or other facilities as we did not use, spend each day out in the rental car exploring!

Camping was very nice, beautiful olive garden, nice infrastructure, even though it was off season, I had all I needed. Staff was very helpful, WIFI worked very well! Will definitely stay there again.

“Dirty, unkept and overly crowded!”
We had originally booked 6 nights and ended up leaving after the first night, because of how dirty, crowded and unkept the campsite is. The staff is very friendly, but besides that everything else is horrible and gross and looks nothing like the photos. The entire campsite seems very old, kinda dirty and unkept. The tents are covered in dirt and sand and are ridiculously close to each other, we could literally hear our neighbours whispering. It’s just too overly crowded for the space there is. The cooking area, the bathrooms and showers also seem to be very old and look rusty and dirty. We don’t recommend staying here, because of how crowded, dirty and unkept it is and we definitely won’t come back ever again!

Good proximity to many leisure spots, 5 minute walk to the sea, great atmosphere and super friendly and helpful staff. Both the cicadas and olive trees make the stay even more pleasing.

“A very good experience”
Very well functioning and cozy camping site with great acommodatiom and Very friendly staff. Everything works well and the owners and staff takes the extra step to make you feel at home. Chania camping is well organized and there are possibilities for a nice experience in most price ranges. There is a good atmosphere and all that is needes for a great stay 😊Highly recommended 👌
