Great location, especially for the work I'm doing in that area. Big room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast with decent coffee. Great restaurant around the corner (Lavie Garden).

We stayed at the family suite - which was perfect for our family of four, rooms were very spacious, cosy and very clean. I would again like to thank the customers service team for providing great service while on our stay. Had a deep tissue massage which was excellent and would definitely recommend their spa service. The hotel restaurant The hotel provides good food with variety of choices available to order - we almost had food from there and had no issues.

“My stay ended in shock — I was held inside the hotel against my will”

I stayed at the hotel on the 6th, and early the next morning (around 6:15 a.m.) my taxi arrived to take me to the airport for my flight to Bhutan. When I went down to the reception, there was no one there. I left my room key and went to the inner courtyard, only to find that the gate and door were locked. A guard came a few minutes later but refused to let me out, saying something about payment, even though everything had been paid in full at check-in. He ignored my requests to open the gate, as well as my driver’s honking and calls. After some time, he went inside, made a phone call, and finally released me. I would like to warn the hotel management that unlawfully detaining a guest is unacceptable and may have serious legal consequences.
