The hostel is clean and quiet! the downstairs garden and dining room are suit for chatting,working,drinking and meditating in day and night! They provide delicious foods all day long,including breakfast in early morning ,as well as laundry service. You may find assistance from the reception as you required! Definitely recommend to accommodate again. The location is wonderful like a paradise garden among bustling Thamel

“A peaceful and social stay in Thamel”

Perfect hostel situation in a great spot in the Thamel area. Really good vibe here, the staff are so friendly and attentive, the garden area is beautiful and the food is great. The price is so so good for this place and the beds are really comfy, I’d highly recommend!

The stay was very very beautiful. It's right in the city area, well connected and the cafe has great choices. A very well rounded and comfortable stay.

Awesome hostel to stay in the heart of thamel. If you need a good hostel in Kathmandu don't think twice, this is a perfect hostel with very friendly staff and always full with fellow travellers. the price/quality its insanely good.

Nice people, booked the Manaslu trek through this hostel (thanks Pramod), it was one of the best experiences ever, and have been back to this hostel every time I've been back in Kathmandu so far.

The best! Safe, and close to everything. They can also book a jeep slot for you to the next trekking location.

The staff is good and it feels like people from all over the world have gathered here, like a local community. You get to explore and find People's from all over the places.

Really good location and super friendly staff. The rooftop and balconies were really lovely and the bathrooms/showers were always clean. Beds have curtains and lockers. Storage room to put bags in after checkout.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, making me feel super welcome. My room is clean and spacious enough for throwing stuff around while planning for the trek. Location is amazing as well. Everything is within 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel.

“A really central and peaceful stay in Kathmandu”

Kwabahal is in a prime location in the Thamel area, really central and walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. The social area is also great for meeting other travellers and just relaxing for a break from Kathmandu chaos.

Great hostel. The rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, and the restaurant has such a vibe. The rooms have smallish lockers for each bed (bring a lock). The staff were so friendly and the French toast was actually to die for.
