I likes that it is near the forest and air quality is much better than in Swayambhu or Thamel. Also it is not long to go and drive to main places. The owner was very helpful and my little studio was super clean. Definitely can recommend this place even for monthly stay.

Dhadi, the owner of the property was very helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable. He was always available and took care of any issues we brought to his attention. The place is comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Its a cozy place for someone who needs some rest and privacy.

A truly wonderful and Homely Apartment. I had initially booked for 2 Nights and had a lovely experience. Later extended to another week of Stay . The Apartment resides in a quiet neighbourhood far from the hustle bustle of the city and its near to Nagarjuna forest reserve 🌳. I normally like quiet and easy going accommodation and so far its one of my favourites. The view from the terrace overlooking the forest is mesmerising. The Apartment has an Automatic security system , which helps if your are often out and return late to the apartment( Easy Life ). The Owner is very approachable and helpful , incase if you are in need of any assistance. All in all an amazing and wonderful experience. 10/10 👌

I absolutely loved my stay here! The neighborhood is peaceful, clean, and you can actually breathe fresh air – a real oasis in Kathmandu. Surrounded by monasteries and forest, yet only 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The accommodation is modern and up to European standards – honestly, it feels like staying in a 4-star hotel in Germany. Everything is spotless, comfortable, and designed with great attention to detail. For me, this is the best place to stay in Kathmandu – I’ll definitely be coming back!

The amenities is tip top. I love the location, it’s not far from thamel but not close either. So it is more peaceful but not disconnected.

All the appliances were in good condition and well working. The owner was very friendly and supportive and well spoken.
