“The perfect home with panoramic sea views for a relaxing stay”

We're very happy with our stay at Harry's, the villa is exactly as it appears in the photos, the views are stunning. Every day one can enjoy a very own private beautiful sunset view from the terrace. The house is very spacious and well equipped, there's everything one could need even for a long stay. Harry was very helpful and kind, making sure we had a great stay. We were very pleased to meet Harry's parents who visited a couple times. One truly feels the love they put into the house and the garden, everything really feels like home. We are very grateful to their family for the hospitality! The location is great for visiting both the Paphos cost and Polis coast. We especially loved the Olive Tree beach (15 minutes ride) and Yiannakis beach just outside Latchi (25 minutes ride). The house is some 100 meters from the road, so getting anywhere is easy, although that also means that from one bedroom one can see and hear the road when the window is open. The traffic isn't busy though. There are taverns within walking distance from the house, we were told Kathikas is known for great cuisine, however we didn't manage to try it - most often we were dining out in other regions we visited. Keep in mind that the villa is located rather high above sea level, and the temperature there is 4-5 degrees lower than on the coast. We love this climate, it suffices to have some extra jackets to keep warm in the evening. Overall, Villa Phos is a fantastic place for a very tranquil and relaxing stay.

The villa is very beautiful and extremely well presented. its very spacious and we had everything plus more available for use, It's located in the mountains and we had a nice, quiet time at the property, we had a car to easily get around so a car is a must. The hosts were very friendly and readily available for anything although we did not need anything. We highly recommend this villa and will be booking again in future

Large, spacious, with all amenities you may need!Very quiet and peaceful area, ideal for rest and relax! Large verandas, great design large dinner table, comfortable sofa, streaming services (Netflix). The host was incredibly welcoming without ever being intrusive. We truly felt like home away from home. Children also loved it!

We recently spent Christmas and New Year at the beautiful Villa Phos, and it was an incredible experience. The property is even more spacious and stunning than it appears in photos. The kitchen and both bathrooms are fully equipped, leaving us missing nothing at all. Harry and his parents are outstanding hosts, always ready to respond immediately to any questions we had. Upon our arrival, we were delighted to find the house impeccably clean and even festively decorated for the holidays. The thoughtful touch of providing food and drinks for our first day made us feel right at home from the get-go. Kathikas, the quaint village where Villa Phos is located, is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The surrounding area offers great opportunities for hiking and enjoying nature, and it's just a short 20-minute drive to the beach. If you’re in the mood for some nightlife, Pafos is also just 20 minutes away, but we much preferred the tranquility of Kathikas. For grocery shopping try the Phillipos Supermarket in Pegeia where you can get absolutely everything you need for cooking and baking. The views from the various balconies and terraces of Villa Phos are simply breathtaking, especially during sunset. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our holidays and create unforgettable memories.

Perfect place for a perfect holiday. Harry is an awesome host, always reachable in case of needs. His house is "the place to stay", a lot of space and a great location for trips around the island. Normally I never book twice the same place...but for Harry it could be the first time.

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Phos very much! Everything was fine. The host took care of us. We have been offered any assistance we needed. The house is brand new, full equipped an spacious. Finished with details of high quality. There is a large terrace with a superb seaview. The house lies in a garden located far from other buildings. The sorrounding fields offer intimate feeling of privacy. There is a picturesque road leading down the hills towards the coast. It takes ca. 15 minutes to get to the Coral Beach and ca 25 ton Latzi Beach. You have several restaurants in a near distance from the Villa. I am reccommending Villa Phos as a perfect option for everybody looking for a peaceful place to spend vacation.

Villa Phos Kathikas Cyprus is a wonderful and family-friendly place to stay for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Cyprus. The villa is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with stunning views of the sunset. It is very comfortable and modern, with three bedrooms and 2 brand new bathrooms, a large living room, two big balconies and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is exactly as seen in the photos, and even better in reality. The location is ideal, as it is close to the village of Kathikas, where you can find restaurants, shops, and a winery. The nature around the villa is amazing, and you can explore the nearby Akamas peninsula, the Avakas gorge, or the Lara beach by car or bike. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and they made us feel very welcome. They provided us with many complementary items for breakfast, such as coffee, milk as well as various hotel amenities (personal care products, toiletries, beach towels, dryer, etc). They also offered us a bottle of wine and fresh fruits (figs) from their garden. They were always available to answer any questions or requests we had, and they gave us some tips on where to go and what to see in the area. The villa is also ideal for babies, including a cotbed, cot linen, baby bathtub and baby towel. The hosts were also kind to provide us with coloured pencils and drawing books for our baby to play. We had a wonderful time at Villa Phos Kathikas Cyprus, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious holiday in Cyprus. The value for money is excellent, as you get a lot of space and privacy for a reasonable price. This is one of the best villas we have ever stayed at, and we would love to come back again.
