“Cozy , clean and close to everything!”
The property is almost at the centre of the city . The studio is big and cozy and very clean, it also has big balcony that is looking on the street but still has its privacy. Also a big thanks to Nikos (the studio owner/manager) that made sure that everything is perfect.

The apartment is located on the third floor in a very well maintained building with elevator. The spacious and modern flat is very well furnished and equipped (air conditioning, mosquito net on every window , quality hairdryer, efficient iron, modern bathroom with spacious shower area). There is a terrace for outdoor breakfast and a balcony. The view from the terrace is not completely enclosed like in many other neighbouring buildings. The building is right in the centre of the town but it is quiet in its street where cars do not pass. The comfort was maximum.

The apartment is in the center of Katerini, on a small street away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is very clean, modern, comfortable, has all the necessary things. The owner gave us detailed instructions for check in and everything else that was needed, it was clear instructions and we didn't have any problem with anything. I recommend it.
