“Dionysis - showing what true Greek hospitality is like”
The host Dionysis is a very nice man! I was welcomed with cooked food, with Limoncello liqueur. The kitchen is equipped with everything (except a microwave, which would be very useful). We had water in the fridge, apricots, coffee, rice, macaroni, olive oil, spices, sugar, etc. Every two days he brought us something, tomatoes, cucumbers, salad. One evening he invited us to dinner in the garden and grilled meat.

“Local Living”
We stayed for 10 days, Filoxenos Apartments is perfect to live like a local in Zante. The hosts are welcoming and generous, some of the kindest people we have ever met. The space itself is spacious, clean and well equipped. There is a small washing machine too, which is not pictured and a clothes line outside which we found helpful no. The apartment was cleaned twice during our stay and hosts were in contact with us throughout to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is out from the busy areas, quiet town with a sweet little church nearby. It is close enough to drive to anywhere in the island within 30-50min, being near the center of the island. The nearest beach is less then a 5min drive (30min walk) away, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, beach bars and shops around. I would recommend renting a car to make the most of your trip as there is so much to see and beaches to visit. Honestly, perfection. We will be back, highly recommended! :)
