The experience at this hotel was far from welcoming. We were informed that breakfast had to be pre-ordered at least a day in advance, which was inconvenient. The WiFi didn’t work, and there was no kettle in the room for making tea or coffee. When I requested one, I was told they didn’t have any, and even when I asked for boiling water, they said I’d need to bring my own flask. The staff provided no assistance at all—typically, hotels help with baggage, but here, they completely ignored ours. Towels were left outside for us to take to the room ourselves, and overall, the service felt indifferent, as if they were doing us a favor by letting us stay. Very disappointing and poorly managed.

“Basic hotel with poor comforts of the room”
Stayed there before yala safari and location was good from this stand point. Very basic hotel with poor comforts. Rooms are not big but thats ok. Yet, AC not working, no toilet paper and bad smell from the bathroom. Basic swimming pool, enough for a quick deep in the afternoon.
