Private parking and full privacy on the location. Beach on 50meter (or less) with a baywatch even second half of september daily on station. Excellent place, brand new and very modern equiped. Complete with plenty of towels and even towels for the beach and a parasol. The outside showe is fantastic just after the beach visit. The kitchen is complete to cook, what we selected for. Very cool house with a/c airco in all rooms. Plenty of shade in the garden. So perfect!

This house is in a fantastic spot near one of the greatest sandy and clean beaches we’ve ever been to. Everything was comfortable and well thought out.

My stay here was absolutely amazing! The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed—from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in all rooms. The air conditioning worked great, and the beds were super comfortable—perfect for a good night’s sleep. The location is unbeatable—the beach is literally just across the street, sandy and calm, ideal for swimming and relaxing. I especially loved the balcony and terrace, both perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the sea breeze. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Whether you're staying for a few nights or longer, this place is a perfect seaside retreat. I’d come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful holiday The house is really very beautiful,it offers big and very comfortable beds ,air condition ,fully equipped kitchen ,nice balcony and terrace, the beach ⛱️ is just across the street, suitable for children sandy and swallow, there exist organized canteen ,it's really modern and we'll equipped

This place is wonderful and I don't know where to start :).Brand new, super comfortable and designed with taste - minimalist and original, but still cosy. A modern house located right by the bay with nice sandy beach, beautiful, clean and modern. Comfortable beds ,good air conditioning.The location near the coast is perfect .Easy to reach Olympia (30 min drive)

“Stunning ,clean ,calm accommodation in an excellent location”

Lovely place to stay during my recent trip to Katakolo, beautifully decorated with cool design,all seems quite new and cared for.Room was sunny and pretty ,very clean .Great location if you want to stay in a quite area near the beach , extremely convenient ,a very calm atmosphere the place you could retreat to, be well air conditioned and have good night sleep in the new comfortable mattresses.

Room has all amenities needed, including kitchen. Smart TV, wifi worked pretty well. Awesome terrace

My stay at this accommodation was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the breathtaking sea—imagine waking up and stepping straight out to the beach! The location was perfect, with cozy balcony and delicate decoration. The room was sparkling clean, beautifully furnished, and had all the comforts I needed—from lightning-fast Wi-Fi to crisp air conditioning. Everything worked perfectly, which made the whole experience feel effortless. But the real highlight? The beach,so close and sandy . This was easily one of the best trips I've had in a while. The location was fantastic—just steps from the beach—with stunning views and easy access to local restaurant and shops at the port. The perfect Oceanside beach spot was the PERFECT place to stay for our quick family getaway! New, modern and stylish decorated ,very clean, cute and comfortable, walking distance to the beach. I liked that it was at a convenient location close to the beach and that had anything we needed with great staff! I also loved that there were also plenty of towels and even toys outside available to our two kids that were with us. It very much felt like a home and we loved that we were able to enjoy ourselves freely! Everything was what we expected and more, we will definitely return in the future!
