Villa Ginborn is modern and spacious villa with amazing panoramic views over the ocean and city only 5 minutes drive to Kata Beach. Take a dip in the infinity pool, enjoy the sunset over the ocean, drink right temperate wines from wine refrigerator and cook food in the fully equipped kitchen. The villa is perfect for larger families, group of friends or colleagues travelling together. A welcoming open floor plan lounge area with large glass sections, breathtaking views and infinity pool faces you when you step into the very tastefully furnished villa. Within the open floor plan you will find the modern kitchen, dining and living room rolled into one. The villa is a private own property of approximately 350 sqm living area, 250 sqm terrace, private swimming pool, five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms TV and AC, one guest toilet, cinema area and laundry. All rooms have the spectacular views and direct access to terraces/balcony. Villa Ginborn is a self-catered holiday home, guests can have all the privacy in the world. Villa Ginborn offers a great view and its infinity pool is one of the key highlights. Overall, the villa is well maintained and sufficiently spacious for our group size of 10 adults + 4 children. The villa was stocked with some complimentary cold drinks, snacks and fruits upon our arrival which was a nice touch. Also, communication with the owner is great. Pia is very responsive and helpful, and she also gave very clear directions on its location and we had no problem finding it at all.

“Great place”
Nothing to even complain about. Everything was just perfect. Couldn't ask for anymore. Very kind and accommodating host and even their staff. Plenty of space and room around and very clean linen along with a every kitchen equipment required for home cooking. Have no complaints at all. A mini mart just a stones throw away and fantastic massage parlour as well.
