This lady really is one in a million. She has been so accommodating. Nicest person in thai land. We have been stranded dye to airspace closure and she has allowed us to keep our room at a cost price too. Nothing is to much ans I woild highly recommend for anyone visiting Kata to see her place out. We will be back to kata and will 100% be staying here again

Sii is a fantastic host, she was so kind and welcoming and helped with everthing during our stay, even renting us a scooter without the need to leave a passport or deposit. The room is spacious, clean and comfy, and in a quiet street right near the beach. If you are consodering staying in kata this is a great option. Support a local business.

A very kind and helpful host who always assists with anything you need and responds quickly. The rooms are very clean, always tidy, with fresh towels and daily cleaning. There’s no big luxury, but for Asian-style apartments it’s truly very clean and well-kept. You can also rent scooters on-site if needed. There is a laundry, shops, and everything you may need nearby. The location is excellent — close to the beautiful Kata Beach. We truly enjoyed our stay here. A sincere thank you.

Nice and simple. Easy access to everything in Kata but away from the chaos and crowds. The room was good with a great balcony, sounds of the birds when the door is opened 🙂

Great apartment size everything we needed on hand . Street was was close enough to the hub but on a quieter street so no noise .Even decided to stay a few extra days to chill. Suri was amazing so cheerful and helpful

Calm place. Very, very clean! 5 minutes walk from night market with the most delicious fruit. A lot of places to eat nearby. A laundry right in front of the apartment. Beach towels everyday. The air conditioning works really well and it’s easy to dry clothes in front of the AC outside unit. Two bottles of water every day. Room cleaned everyday. Motorcycle available for rent. The lady in the reception… amazing!

The room looks exactly like in the picture. Lady is very nice and helpful. She helped me communicating with airport when my bags got lost. Very clean, great AC. We appreciated location, close to the night market.

The friendliest, most welcoming host in all the places I have stayed in Thailand 😁 Lovely, clean, spacious room with amazing view from the balcony. Really quiet despite only being 7 minutes walk to the night market/7-11 and 10 minutes to the beach. A really generous supply of tea and coffee in the room too, and lovely smelling clean towels! Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊

“Stay here if you're coming to Kata!”

The location of this guethouse was fantastic! It is close enough to everything you need, but far enough from the bustle to be quiet and peaceful at night. The room was clean and comfortable amd good value for money. The owner, Si, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made sure that I had a very comfortable stay. I'd love to stay here again when I come back to Kata.

Perfect combo of quiet location, yet near the beach, price, facilities, and hospitality. Beach towels, everyday cleaning, balcony, AC, good sleep. We also booked a car through Si at a good price.

“Perfect stay for kata and karon beach!”

Owner was so happy to see us and so helpful! Cleaned everyday and replenished our water. Big fridge. Very quiet location. Comfy bed. Umbrellas and beach towels available. Big balcony to dry our clothes. We had one day of rain and felt comfy and satisfied spending most of the day in the hotel room. Patong was affordable in a tuk tuk. Nice to be able to experience the chaos and come back to a piece of serenity.

I have been in different hotels in this area and this was the best experience. I stayed at room number 1 which is in the second floor and has a balcony towards (a very quiet) inner street. The room was spacious and very luminous during the day due to the fact that balcony wall is made of glass panels. The air conditioner has its outer unit placed on the floor of the balcony. This is great as often the outer unit is the noisy when it is against the wall. I slept very well. As a bonus, I was able to dry my clothes, swimming suite etc. conveniently by placing them hanging in front of the outer unit. If you go every day, perhaps twice a day to the sea, it's nice to have the possibility to get things dry fast. Wifi worked well (same cannot be said to some other places where I stayed at). The location is very quiet but central to everything. You can go quickly to Kata and Karon beach. When planning your vacation, look at the Google map for roads that lead to the beach. For example, Kata beach has only two main access points while Karon beach can be accessed freely from the main road. Last but not least: Staff was super-nice and helpful. You got the feeling that they really try to make your stay as pleasant as possible (as it indeed was!).
