The hotel contacts and asks me to cancel and i was unable. Then they say we have to swap rooms. After we arrive we ended up swaping rooms 3 times.

The room was clean, nice, and modern. The staff cleaned it every day. The owner and his family are kind and helpful people, and they assisted us whenever we needed help. I would especially like to thank the owner for waking up at 3 a.m. to help me with a new room card. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

Amazing apartment to stay close to Kata beach, just 4 min walking distance to Kata night market, 14 min to Kata beach. The area is a bit off to the main street so we slept very well here. Great king size bed, very comfy! Would love to come back!

We were upgraded and stayed in the The Beach Heights building. The apartment was fantastic, our balcony overlooked the pool which we didnt expect. Big and Kim were easy to deal with, perhaps a little hard to find at first, we had to get our driver to call them, but not everyone has phone access overseas. All sorted quickly and easy check in. Easy walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, spas and the Kata Walking Markets. Local bus or tuk tuk close by to Old Town, Karon Beach, Bangalore Rd, Phuket town or Patong. We will definitely stay with these guys if we return to Kata, Phuket. Pool was lovely as well, two to choose from.

Kew and her husband were lovely to deal with. Nothing was a problem. I arrived and found a provided umbrella was broken, within 15 minutes it was replaced. Such great service. The location in Kata was close to everything. The apartment was spotless and facilities and pool were awesome. I have no hesitation in recommending this place and will definately book to stay again.

Great location close to beach and night markets but not on main street so not a lot of noise. Hosts were very hepfull and communication with them was good.

Good place for staying! Good location! Well equipped apartments! Very friendly staff! Always easy to contact with administrator in office. I also rent a car through the office and booked a tour to Similan Islands for very good price! Hotel's pool nearby.

Everything were perfect. The host was very helpful and cleaned the apartment every day. About 5 minutes walk to Kata Beach, 12 mins to Starbucks and 17 min to Karon beach. Variaty of restaurants and night markets are around. Small kitchen has all for cooking.
