We really liked everything about the hotel. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our stay was excellent - exactly what we were looking for. The price was reasonable, and the room was well maintained and cleaned regularly. There were no unpleasant odors, and the sound insulation was good, which made our stay comfortable. The area is quiet and peaceful, not noisy at all, and everything is conveniently close. Most importantly, there is a 7-Eleven nearby, which was very convenient.

Absolute champions the staff are, And the owners went above and beyond for me, For the rate i paid and the fact i got upgraded to a better room really was an awrsome surpise. “Great!”

The staff here is truly exceptional. Despite our late arrival at 11:30 PM, Joy was there to welcome us with a smile—a gesture we deeply appreciated. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and looked exactly like the photos.

I would like to say a big thank you to this place. My friend and I really enjoyed staying here. We stayed for three days and had a great experience. The room was always very clean. Every day it was cleaned, the bed was made, and we received fresh towels. When we checked in, they also gave us water, which was a very nice gesture. The room itself was perfectly clean, and we really liked the view of the pool. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The location is also good — the beach is not far away. Phuket is generally a very lively place with many people, but here you can feel a much calmer atmosphere. So if you prefer a quieter part of the city, this place is a great choice.

Absolutely loved our stay here! We were no where near the pool (it was across the street and down a little alleyway) but that suited us fine as it was much more quiet. Loved the location and joy at reception was amazing

Location is best we liked, staff (lady and her name was Joy), swimming pool, cleaning ladies very very responsive, small kitchen inside the room, "Orchid" restaurant nearby (highly recommended).

“Lovely quiet family room at bargain price”

We really loved our quiet family room. It was cleaned every day, and was a really nice size giving us lots of space. It was in a quieter neighborhood, so we were able to find and see more ghekos and lizards around us which the kids loved, but still close enough to all the markets, restaurants etc.

“Clean and nicely presented apartment close to lovely beaches”

The apartment was spacious and well presented, and cleaned every day which was great as we often brought half the beach back with us. Our kids were also unwell and so really appreciated the cleaners providing clean bedding. The beds were comfortable and showers and bathrooms good. The pool was great to have but as per other posts is dated with some broken tiles which caused our son to cut his foot. Also the chlorine seemed too strong and made my teeth and skin feel strange. The location is good, the walk to either Karon or Kata beach is around 15 minutes through roads with shops and restaurants, it just takes a couple of times to memorise the route. I would recommend as a clean and tidy place for a family or couples to stay in.

We liked that it was away from all the hussle and bussle.Only a 10 minute walk to the beach.Pool was lovely.We had the downstairs apartment easy access to the pool nice and bright and spacious.

The location was quiet, but near to the night market and shops. The bed was comfortable and there was a settee to sit on. The pool was clean and was cleaned whilst we were there.

My wife and I stayed at Thalassa Pool Kata Beach hotel for two weeks in a family studio. The room was large and fully equipped to meet our self catering needs. We were accommodated on the ground floor and had direct access to the pool and sun loungers which were used on a daily basis by my wife who loved the experience.

Well located hotel in Kata and the room was well equipped. It was good for the price point!

Cleaning staff were excellent, room was always cleaned very well. Its walking distance from diving centre, bars and restaurants, night market, and beach, but tucked away, so it's not noisy, Also laundry close by is a bonus!
