Amazing stay, staff were helpful and always available

The hotel seems to have been recently renovated, which gave it a fresh feel. The room and bathroom were spotless, the bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the nice little balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant stay overall. .

Central location, close to everything, and just next door to a 7 Eleven which comes handy with small kids. The breakfast was amazing, the best we had in our whole stay in Thailand.

very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect as well with many restaurant options close by and even a market. The receptionists were always very friendly and helpful too. Towels were changed every day.

Perfect location, 7-11 next door. Little night market after that and walking distance to Kata and Karon beaches. Next door other side is a great place for a massage.

“Top place to stay at Kata”

Large, clean and nicely scented room. We had a room facing the back rather than the street so it was pretty quiet at all times. The room had mini-fridge, slippers, bottled water etc. and the bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was simple (6 choices of cooked to order meals, plus fruit, yoghurt and bread) but delicious and I liked the well decorated lobby/dining/lounge areas. There's a 7-11 and great massage place right next door.

Location we’re in the center and near the beach, but you still have to round a little to get to the beach. Good place to stay few night’s. Massage right next to was really good! Breakfast was good, portions to choose from. Bus to Phuket went right front of the property, every 30 min.

Friendly staff, the room was beautifully cleaned every day, and the bed was very comfortable. The only small downside was the nightlife noise at night since our room faced the main street, but that’s simply part of being in the city. Otherwise, everything was truly perfect. ขอบคุณค่ะ ❤️

My wife and I stayed 4 nights in Sugar Ohana. We are really happy we booked this place beacause we felt we needed a clean, cool, quality shelter when the busy, hot, noisy streets of Phuket became too much and we just wanted to get away rom it afret a long day and relax. Breakfast was nice, check in and check out was easy, the room was spacious, clean and quiet. The whole athomsphere of Ohana is closer to western style wich was a big positive for us. You step out of the door and you are instantly in the middle of it all, a seven eleven on the left, a massage parlor on the right. You step in, and you are home.

Staff was simply amazing and super available, also helped to book transfer to the airport. Breakfast exceeded our expectation! They make you choose from a menu and specifically prepare your breakfast dish and drink, with an additional small buffet on the side. Rooms were new and felt clean. Simply loved this property! The whole vibe was great! Elevator not available (clearly stated on property information), but staff helps you carry your luggage to your room. Thank you for everything!!!

Staff were helpful, very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was delicious with many options available and the bed was super comfortable. Location was central, everything you could need close by and my room was quiet- despite being so close to the action.

Excellent location close to the beach, next door to a 7/11, a short walk from many bars and restaurants. The staff were lovely and very eager to help with anything at all. The room was lovely and clean. Lots of choice for breakfast each morning, both cooked and fresh. Staff offered to make up breakfast early on days we were going out on trips. As lots of other reviews state, there were lots of steps up to our room, however staff very kindly carried our bags up to our room so we didn’t have to struggle with them ourselves. Staff booked us a taxi from the hotel to the airport and provided a bag of snacks for breakfast since we were leaving very early in the morning.
