The location was in a quiet area, close to a 7-Eleven and other shops, and within walking distance of the Kata Night Market. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly.

It was a wonderful experience staying at this place. We booked last minute and we were apprehensive of the place. But it was beyond words starting from the hospitality from the time we entered. The person knew my name before even me telling him. Which meant he knew his customer arrival well. He allowed us to stay 2 hours prior to the booking time. He did not demand more for it. The place is so thoughtful arranged. He has kept mats to carry to the beach and slippers and water to wash feet once back...these small things make a lot of difference. A lady there taking care of the place was also very polite and friendly. .Loved every bit of the place!!

Everything was great, Staffs are very nice, family run business, Pretty close to the kata beach, We stayed in Family room the room was really big/hot shower/good wifi/free drinking water and coffee at all times. Plus there was beach towels separate for you in the room. That was really nice and thoughtful. FIVE STARS SERVICE⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Big, spacious room with big, comfy bed. Own balcony to sit out on. Nice sized bathroom with hot shower and hairdryer. Air con (a must!). HDMI TV (for if you have your laptop with you). Good cleaning service. 10 minute walk from the beach and just a 2 minute walk from the walking street / night market. Close to all the shops and restaurants.

Location is perfect - really quiet spot near night market and beach. Also spacious room, airconditioning, towels, fridge and common kitchen area. Homestay owners were really lovely and gave us really good local food place recommendations and deals for boat day trips, therefore it is not wise to buy tickets beforehand online (especially recommend PhiPhi boat tour). All in all, our stay there was amazing!

I liked the location primarily, quickly followed by the attentive managers. The homestay is conveniently located to the SK11 gym, two 7/11s and multiple food places. Then there's the short walk to the beach and the night market. The managers are always informative, quickly responsive to your needs, and sometimes will go out of their way to do that (like taking me to the Immigration Office in Patong to extend my visa).

A super welcoming owner always ready to help and give infos on the surrounding area, the nice spacious room with a balcony at a fair price with a good aircon and wifi. There is free water and coffee every day, laundry service is provided quick and efficient. The area is very quiet, close to the beach (15min walk) and the night market is just 5min from the hotel. There is a 7-Eleven nearby and a microwave as well for food options.
