Highly recommend. I travelled to Kata with my Dad for a holiday and the apartment was perfect for two family members. We had our own space and own bathrooms.

“Perfect flat! Amazing location!”
An amazing stay! The flat is perfect- has 2 big bedrooms, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a big terrace- with spectacular sea view ! There are everything in the flat: towels, hygiene products, cups, plates etc etc. The cleaning is not included, however, you also will find all the necessary items to do that yourself or ask the ladies on the reception for additional charge. The property is located 3 min away from all the needed infrastructure: bars, restaurants, pharmacies, currency exchange points, shops and the food market and most importantly - Kata beach is like 5 min away. Mind the fact that the flat is located on the steep hill which might be the problem for elderly couples or to push the baby stroll. However it was not a problem for us :) Also, it’s super easy to get taxi there. Martin the host is always available to help and support and has super positive vibe and energy:) Highly recommended! Thank you for a perfect stay🌺

Location of the property was within walking distance of all facilities & easy access to taxis. Beautiful & elevated view. Quiet, clean & private pool facilities. Spacious & well-equipped kitchen apartment, ideal for four people.

“Wonderful place, awesome view”
Spacious apartments with an amazing view. The place is quiet, there were almost never people at the pool. We stayed here with our family and will gladly come back again. One thing to note - the house is located on a hill, so it may be a bit difficult to push a stroller up, but we rented a car and didn't have that issue.
