We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We really liked the location, the host and the staff, cleanliness, the room and everything else was absolutely amazing. The host was really helpful. He helped us to find a parking for a rented car, he was also welcoming and kind even when we had a late check-in. The cleaning team did a great job, and every day they left us two water bottles. The hotel is wonderful!

For the price we paid, we were satisfied with our stay. The location is excellent, close to 7-Eleven, the night market, and approximately a 15-minute walk to the beach. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly.

This little hotel is a gem! The couple owners are so helpful and friendly, treating us like family.. it is close to many restaurants, but on a quiet street.. it is also within walking distance to the Karon and Kata beaches.. we enjoyed the first hot showers since our arrival in Thailand..

I want to express my huge thanks to the entire team and especially the wonderful hosts of this hotel! The location is very convenient : the hotel is situated in a quiet and cozy area, yet within easy walking distance of the main beaches, restaurants, and shops. But the true treasure of this place is the attitude of the hosts. This isn't just service, it's genuine care and heartfelt warmth. They are always ready to help and create a truly homely atmosphere. A special and massive thank you to the owner for his incredible kindness! When we had a chance to take a trip to the Phi Phi Islands and didn't know what to do with our suitcases, he immediately offered to keep them safe at his storage. This took a huge weight off our shoulders and allowed us to enjoy the trip. Thank you so much for that trust and help! We were also very pleased by a small detail that shows great attention to guests: the hotel provides free beach towels. No need to bring your own or figure out where to get them. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort, warmth, and a heartfelt welcome. We left feeling like we had been visiting good friends. We will definitely be back!

“Amazing stay - highly recommend!”

A wonderful stay! The rooms are very clean and have nice bathrooms. They have everything you need. The hotel has recently been renovated, so it feels new and modern. The pool is a lovely place to sit and read. The hotel is in the perfect location. There is a 7/11 just around the corner and it’s a 5 minute walk to the night market and all the restaurants. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach, which is lovely. Sascha was so kind and accommodating to us during our stay and is always contactable by WhatsApp if you need anything, like restaurant recommendations. It really has a family feel - they don’t ask for a deposit on arrival or charge for water or extra toiletries. Thank you for your hospitality! We highly recommend.

Very helpful staff, the place is close to the beach, plenty of shops , restaurants, massage salons around , but not too noisy. The room was clean, and the air-conditioner worked well.

Everything was perfect

Good location in Kata Beach, Family room is more like a very very nice two room apartment, good design, super clean, nice view, friendly personell. 50% customers are russian and other 50% from other countries.

Super hospitable host and stuff, we’re really glad Thad we chose that hotel, cause it’s located in silent place, but still very close to bars, night markets and restaurants
