“Super clean, comfortable accommodation, near the beach”
The room was big with a balcony ( I did not know we would have one :-)). Nice view. Quiet place near the main road and the beach. Everyday cleaning service = no sand in the room and drinking water. Fridge and air conditioning were working effectively. We came for check in after midnight (a receptionist wait for us) by an arranged transfer (not the cheapest option possible, but normal price and it was easy to navigate through organization). The payment possible with credit card with 3% bank surcharge - we paid accommodation and transfer fee together at the reception, so we did not need to exchange money at the airport through not good rate.

“Lovely 3 day stay”
A little bit off of the main strip, really good cafe and restaurants around here. Would definitely recommend, they also booked us a taxi super early in the morning for the airport.

I loved the location, hospitality, they provided complimentary tea and bread was a very nice gesture, the family run guest house was not only cute (Mother-daughter) but also very efficient.

“Nice place to stay”
Simple but clean. Bed linen, towels are changed every day and the room is cleaned. Bottled water is always available in the fridge. The location is very good. Beaches, shops, a wide range of restaurants are within walking distance. A few steps away is a small Italian cafe where you can get good coffee and breakfast. The family who run the guesthouse are friendly and helpful. There is no problem they cannot solve. Day trips to the islands, show tickets, taxis, etc, ask them to organize. We got our island trips 50% cheaper than offers in the town. The house also offers massage services. If you have back pain or other nerve or muscle pain problems, there is a 74 year old lady there who I highly recommend. I got a lot of help from her. And it costs almost nothing. Please leave her a tip. Her work is worth it.

“Nice quiet stay in Kata”
Good location with a lot of restaurants a little walk away. The beach was also not too far. The rooms were clean and the motorbike rental was pretty cheap
