I had an excellent stay at Kata Noi Place and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kata Beach in Phuket. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything worked perfectly throughout my stay, including the air conditioning, Wi-Fi, hot water, and all other facilities. The room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable short or long stay. The location is fantastic. Kata Noi Beach, Kata Beach, restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and other essentials are all nearby, making it very easy to enjoy the area while staying in a peaceful and comfortable environment. Another thing that stood out was the hospitality. The owner was always polite, welcoming, and helpful, creating a very pleasant atmosphere from the moment I arrived. It is clear that she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in maintaining the property to a high standard. What I appreciated most was that everything matched the description and photos. The apartment was exactly as expected, which made the entire stay smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. Excellent value for money, great location, outstanding cleanliness, and a genuinely enjoyable experience overall. I would gladly stay here again and confidently recommend Kata Noi Place to other travelers visiting Phuket. Thank you for a wonderful stay and your warm hospitality.

“Best stay ever”
The owner was so kind and helpful. Checking in to make sure I have everything and helping me when I accidentally dropped my shirt off the balcony. You can cut through the resort across the street and get ditect access to the beach. It's so convenient.

“Highly recommended”
The apartment is clean, spacious, and conveniently located. The owner was very helpful, even bringing us pastries when she checked to ensure we were satisfied with everything. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with exceptionally soft bedding that made for a great night’s sleep. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Kata Noi Beach, one of the quieter beaches. There’s a convenience store next door, as well as a tour and motorbike rental shop, which was perfect for us.
