I had a really great stay at kata Lina guesthouse, you get a very warm welcome when you arrive. The people are really kind. They even gave me a better and bigger room than I actually booked, for free. He will also send you a list with tips like where the best places are to eat, the best places to go to the beach, the best places to take a massage. The rooms were really clean and good. When I checked out he even offered me a ride to my next hotel.

I had a lovely stay at Kata Lina. Just 7mins walk from the main road, also just 15 mins away from Karon beach. I chose this location after I landed in Phuket, hoping for a calm and smooth stay in my first 2 days and it was exactly what I looked for. The guesthouse is owned by a lovely French-Thai couple, who suggested me many places for food, thai message, and even helped me find a boat tour to 2 beautiful islands for the next day. The room has all the facilities one might need, and even a small kitchen and a drying rack outside (locked area). Would 100% recommend! :)

The Loveliest Guesthouse in Phuket! We had the most wonderful stay at Kata Lina Guesthouse. The owners, truly made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. They welcomed us warmly and always took the time to help with recommendations or anything else we needed. The guesthouse is located on a quiet and charming local street, just a short walk from the beach, as well as many great shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend anyone visiting Phuket to stay at Kata Lina Guesthouse!

“Perfect stay in Kata”

We absolutely loved the location: just a short walk from all the main attractions of Kata, bars and restaurants, yet tucked away in a quiet street where peace and rest are guaranteed and where you can truly experience local life. The room is simple, bright and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hospitality of the hosts is incredible: a lovely couple, always available for any advice or need, making you feel immediately at home.

Location is great, only a 20 minute walk to Kata beach. The room had plenty of space for luggage. Also had a fridge. The balcony was a nice place to sit in the evenings. The owner was really friendly

We had a lovely stay at Kata Lina guesthouse. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The reception area had some cooking facilities such as microwave, kettle and toaster which was a real plus. The hosts were so friendly and easily contactable by phone, providing recommendations and any help we needed during our stay. Location was ideal just a few minutes walk to local restaurants, 7 eleven and Kata beach. I would recommend to others

Very friendly and welcoming. Stayed for 3 nights. 7/11 up the road. Room has everything you need. Perfect location for Kata beach and amenities. We rented a moped from around the corner upon recommendation from owners and explored Phuket. Awesome stay, highly recommend 👍🏻

“Everything you need for a budget stay and good night’s rest”

Very nice and helpful host! Our room had nice amenities like water kettle, bread toaster, umbrella, a safe and a large beach mat! Beds were comfortable, WiFi was good. There was even a shared kitchen we could have used, but we didn’t. Quite close to touristic area, but without the noise and traffic that comes with it.

This place is ok. Stayed only because I wanted to use the kitchen for a couple of days of our stay. The location is ok but not easily accessible for tour pick ups. The internet works and the hosts are nice

Wonderful hosts with a great knowledge of the area and provided great recommendations for food and activities, beaches etc. The location is close enough to be a 5-8 minute walk from the night markets while being far enough away to be nice and quiet. Lovely place to stay in Phuket 😊

Wery Nice place just top etage and summertime is not the best xtreme warmt -aircom in room 3/1 are placed so it belöning direkt don in hälften ɓed and makes it wery cola choud be placed ön other place or chans around ön the bed in som way
